Sent husband there for ice cocoa mocha latte and he had to turn around to let them know that they gv him the wrong drink. I was on the phone with him when he told them the name of drink and the girl fixed the same drink twice and just added whipped cream and chocolate drizzle and no ice of course. I tried calling and they refused to answer the call.

The service and cleanliness of the store has deteriorated significantly since we visited it several months ago. The staff members were unpleasant and seemed not pleased to be serving customers. More disappointing was the interior where dining tables were uncleaned and crumbs along with liquid stains were on the countertop. The service back area appeared to be equally messy and dirty. The place was so dirty that we decieved to grab our coffee and leave instead of sitting down at the tables that surely were not cleaned for some time.

This dunkin is the worst I have ever experienced. They can never get an order right. I ordered two hashbrowns and two egg and cheese bagels with extra cheese. The extra cheese was missing BOTH bagels were wrong. One of the sandwiches every ingredient was coming out the side and the one slice of cheese they put was completely dried up and overcooked. Both of The hashbrowns were so smushed see picture. I have tried to give them multiple chances but unfortunately it’s the same every time. I tried to call the store but shocker the “voicemail is full.” I don’t typically leave bad reviews but I am beyond frustrated and this isn’t the first time.

This is easily the worst location. I’ve been here 3 times maybe and today slightly takes the cake. I’ve never visited this location and not waited less than 15 minutes. Today we ordered avocado toast with bacon and mini everything bagels with cream cheese. You’d think with the wait the food has time to be warmed. The bagels were still cold and the bacon placed on the avocado toast didn’t even seem like a full piece of bacon. Better off just going to a different location or getting something completely different and not dunkin’.

I would suggest if you are a cash paying customer you go somewhere else. I went by this morning to get breakfast for the family. Order total after tax was $45.94. Pulled up to the window and they would not accept a $50 bill. When I asked why the lady ( im guessing manager) said its store policy, and then with a very snarky attitude said “its on the window.” I could understand if I had a $5-$10 order and was trying to pay with a $50 but we are talking less than $5 change.

Disappointed by the service on FIVE donut holes. I placed the order while there are FOUR employees standing around. No other customers expect for drive through. Once I pay, all of a sudden, everyone is gone. I stood for about 5 mins and took a peak in the back and saw someone on their phone. The DT employee finally sees my order and comes to get it for me. I said, “they all abandoned you.” He said, “nah, they’re all back there on their phones.” Absolutely ridiculous.

Location is totally hit or miss with orders. Two stars because the staff are usually nice and friendly. They’re always nice and usually quick with the orders. Decently average location.
I’ve often got both correct and incorrect orders, but the one I just got is ridiculous.
Ordered a donut I didn’t receive, asked for less ice and they FILLED the cup, and the cup had a hole in it.

Quite possibly the worst service I have ever received. Honestly, laughably bad. I ordered a sandwich for my wife and I. After they brought my wife’s over, they informed me that mine was still on the truck. I could barely understand what the server said. She mumbled “you want your money back” I felt i was left without a choice so I said yes. She acted irritable and said she had to get the manager. The manager was even more of a peach. She came to the counter, rolled her eyes and asked if I wanted my money back. I asked if I could get a different sandwich. She said ” What do you want” I found another sandwich which was about a dollar less. She yelled back to the back ” He wants a crossoint ” and started walking away. I asked is there a price difference? She rolled her eyes again and said ” It’s like 40 cents. Do you want your 40 cents? I don’t care about the money but what a way to treat customers. I believe the managers name was Dana. Cane Bay Dunkin is Excellent for anyone looking for a coffee and a donut but do not go to the Carnes Crossroads location!
