I ordered a latte with one extra shot of espresso on my way to work. The latte did not have the extra espresso shot. I wasn’t up but a bit inconvenienced because I had to wait until my break to drive back and ask for it to be remade with the extra espresso shot. The manager wasn’t happy about it and was not nice to me. She put my small latte with the extra espresso shot in the counter and said the small hot latte is ready and then walked away. I didn’t have a chance to ask her if she added the extra espresso shot since I did pay for it. I then left and went back to work and once the I discovered the same regular hot espresso woth no extra espresso shot. It’s a bit frustrating since I go several times a week to the Duncan Donuts by my hide and have neve had any problems ordering this drink. And nor have on ever had any rude employees let alone a manager. Just want to put it out there that the Duncan Donuts in Amelia does not have the same kind of standards that the Delhi Duncan Donuts has. So this is a kudos to Delhi Duncan!

I had pulled through the drive thru around 5:45 on a Thursday, I’m guessing they just got through a big rush. I had ordered one of the specialty drinks. I pulled to the window and was told the syrup for the drink had just ran out. Ava who was working the window told me the news, she said she could make me something different. She walked me through the available syrups and really made sure I got a drink I liked. I had no problem with having to change as I haven’t been to a dunkin until just recently. Ava was just so sweet and kind! I will try to come again!

Every single time I order from here I get a drink that looks like this, and when I ask them about it they just say they have a machine that pre-portions everything. In what would would an employee put the cap on this and think it’s acceptable to give to a customer??? Even if it is pre-portioned, it’s half full! Put in another “pre-portioned amount to fill up the size I paid for. Inexcusable.

So on Tuesday december 16th there was a tall skinny kid that has short hair and a short kid with brown hair and they were playing very loud music while multiple guest were inside the building and ur is super unprofessional and not okay I have been a manger at another Dunkin for a couple years now and it is not okay for employees to do that while guest are inside the building and the management here needs to have a talk with to specific boys here very unprofessional period do better management

Waited 20 minutes for food. They had called a sausage egg and cheese to go 15 min earlier but ours was a sausage and cheese for eat in.
Ends up they got both wrong and we waited for nothing. They remade the sandwich and still put it in a to go bag but never gave us the 4 donuts, the orange juice or the hot chocolate.
Had to wait through the line again and was told sorry and given a bag with three donuts the orange juice and a hot chocolate made with WATER. Yes water…
So I threw away the hot chicane and waited in line again to get a cup to share the orange juice with my daughter and get the 4th donut only to be told they sold out of it and given a substitution.
My 3 year old then had a meld down after waiting 25 minutes and getting the wrong donut.
Gave a 2 star because they do have nice chairs to sit in while you wait for your food.

I love Dunkin and get my coffee there daily. My coffee never has the sugar I ask for in it but it’s still great. All the workers are amazing and very friendly! I have never had a problem there and will always be a customer!

Terrible people. It’s 5am, I’m a dasher, most places have the inside locked this early, so I came through the drive thru, they said come inside which is fine. When I came in they were literally talking negatively about me. They didn’t stop when I got in. Also I’m guessing I had to come in so this chick could sit at this table and not walk back to the line.

I have been going to this Dunkin for quite awhile and it seems to always be something. I get equal and most the time I have to add the number of packets I requested in the first place. I’ve gotten sugar instead (I’m diabetic), food orders often wrong or out of stuff all the time, cups totally full of ice, it’s bad when my friends and I always joke about this location. Today, Due to the winter storm I’m working a 28 hr shift. I ordered a medium iced latte and then added a large and asked her to do very easy ice because it’s for much later. I get putting a little less to account for displacement but seriously? I will attach a pic of what I was handed and another pic where I poured it into a medium cup for comparison. Smdh.
