I wish the menu contained more than one vegan item. I have only tried the Seoul Bowl and I like it. It’s always a luxury to have a giant salad prepared for me. I’ll have to get creative with the build your own menu someday.

I’ve loved going to Crisp and Green for years now, but it seems they’ve either really gone down hill in the past year or so, or this location is just a bit messed up. Without fail, they forget to put something on my salad that I inevitably paid a couple bucks for. Add eggs or parmesan crisps or avocado? More often than not, I get home and find out it’s not on there. It happened to me several times in a row, to the point where I actually reached out and was told a ten dollar credit was put on my account. That also didn’t happen. So now I just make sure to go over my pick ups with a fine tooth comb (and good thing, because today yet again I was missing my parmesan crisps). It seems to be the only way I can get close to guaranteeing I get what I pay for.

Also side note: got two smoothies today that were 1) very underfilled and 2) watery tasting, and went back to check my order and water is literally listed as the first ingredient in the smoothies now? Are they different than before? They sure taste like it. And it’s a bummer paying $10 for a cup of watery dates.

Food here is pretty good! (if they have all the ingredients for your order – 2 people left when the were missing two primary ingredients while I was eating) $15 is a little much but that’s what it is.

Service was lacking. With only three people in the store eating it took several minutes before anyone greeted us started helping us.

Others that came after had the same experience. We were there a 7:30 so maybe they’re more on top of it during lunch rush.

You’d think though since it was so slow they’d have time to clean the tables, but like half of them were dirty (lots of rice and other spilled food)

This is one of my go to spots for a healthy meal! The aesthetics of the environment are SO pleasing to the eye! The food also tastes so delicious and it resets my whole body if I’m in a funk. I especially like this location on Grand Avenue in Saint Paul as the service is exceptional even compared to other locations in the twin cities. The staff are always accommodating, pleasant to talk to, and helpful even under pressure during the busy lunch hour. I’m a regular here

Crisp & Green is a great place to eat when we are feeling the need for something both healthy and delicious, we really enjoyed the meal and are thinking about making it a weekly, or at least a couple times a month spot to eat. See pictures and video

I ordered on the app ahead and went right to the store to pick up and when I got there I was told that I had to wait for 20 minutes since it was ordered on the app. The app did indicate that it would be ready in 20 minutes but I figured it would be quicker to order ahead and pick up, especially since there was only 2 people in the line when I got there ordering and no one else waiting for their pick up order. I guess it would have been better to order at the store rather than ahead of time.

A few of the food items I wanted for a bowl were unavailable. I was told they had run out. A huge disappointment. This was our first time at this establishment and it occurred the summer of 2025. We will not be back.

Go to a different Crisp & Green. The food was fine, but the service was insufferable. Tolerating young, unintuitive and distracted employees was not worth the time or money.

I went to CRISP & GREEN on the opening day and had the Wild Wild Southwest and it was amazing! I didn’t realize that their dressings, chicken, corn and everything else was made in house fresh daily. The crew was incredibly nice, helpful and patient with me, I will definitely be going back!

I love Crisp & Green. But at this location, they literally take 5 min for each person in line. I showed up and there were 4 people in line. I’ve been standing here for 20 min and I still don’t have my salad… They aren’t properly managed or dividing labor in an efficient way.
