The food was terrible and they messed up the order no surprise there. I order 2 sausage egg and cheese biscuit sandwiches, 1 with no cheese. Instead they did no egg but they put on cheese, my mom can’t eat cheese but can eat eggs. As if that wasn’t bad enough the biscuits where dry and hard as rocks a total failure. This location is just as bad as the other location in santa rosa. And as if that wasn’t bad enough the sausage they put in the breakfast sandwich looks like a wet can of dog food was sliced then over cooked and put on a breakfast sandwich, it was so nasty I only took 1 bite. Why r they paying $20 an hour to make horrible food and/or getting the order completely wrong. Screw Gavin Newsom he doesn’t even pay his own employees $20 an hour to work in his restaurants.

Just went to Carl’s Jr. and had a wonderful experience, the dining room is very clean, employees are going above and beyond! So nice and welcoming. They have a tv with music and images that are really entertaining. The food was fresh and hot and enjoyed it. Definitely coming back again!

Food quality stays solid as well. Burgers and fries arrive hot and prepared correctly, and the portions feel fair. It’s not the fanciest option, but it delivers exactly what you expect from a Carls Jr. without major issues. Yuck I will not be going back to Carl’s Jr. I went here this morning and ordered biscuit and gravy with an extra sausage patty.
I dined in and they did not give me a fork to eat with, nor the large coffee I ordered, and also neglected to give me the sausage patty I ordered to eat with my biscuit and gravy.
After mentioning I didn’t receive the fork, the large coffee, and the sausage, they gave them to me, but this sausage patty is weird and is soaked in grease. Like absolutely wet with grease. The sausage patty did not have a similar texture or consistency of any other sausage patty I have had anywhere else. Very unappetizing. How many opportunities can a business mess up on one order.
After I finished my breakfast I wanted to order a large fountain drink to go. They proceeded to tell me the cost of a large fountain drink here is $4.74! $4.74 is a ridiculous amount to charge for a large soda. I chose not to purchase the soda as a result.
Left here feeling ripped off and like I should have spent my money at a different business other than Carl’s Jr.

This is surprisingly a decent Carls Jr. the bathrooms are pretty clean when I go, and they the employees aren’t completely rude. I come here pretty often, so that says a lot

Stopped by for a late night bite while traveling. I’d like to say thank you for the friendly fast and courteous customer service. Due to the hours it was drive thru only but the cashier was helpful and fast . My experiences with fast food while traveling haven’t been the best so this stop was a good change . Both of the combos that I purchased were freshly made and yummy.

I was so upset when Carl’s Jr took away there veggie burgers so I stopped eating there well the other day me and my wife said let’s try Carl’s Jr we were in the area and said okay I wanted the zucchini fries anyways so we went and the place was super clean and the manger took our order was very poliet happy man we love that when we walk into a place and everyone’s snileing even the crew was happy now that kind of happy good vibe is good to have he asked to take my order next and I Said that i wasn’t Hungary cause they didn’t have what I wanted he said what do you want I said a veggie burger he told me what he had was better than that so I tried it and feel in love with it that I bought another buger for later

Really I like Carl’s Jr. Better than most fast food places, but if you are looking at a review for a fast food burger place and your goal isn’t just to see if the bathrooms are clean, or something of that nature, keep searching and explore a non-fast food option. At this point fast food burgers at CJs are almost as much as a much better local shops prices, so do yourself a favor and try something different
