I decided on BK for an Original Chicken Sandwich and upgraded to the meal and splurged on Onion Rings. I love the zesty sauce not only for the onion rings but the sandwich as well. There was no wait at the drive through and order was ready upon payment. I did not receive a receipt, I believe the meal was $11.30 ish. I dove into the onion rings first and they were warm but a soggy, limp mess many were broken pieces. Obviously not fresh. Saved those calories! The presentation of the Original Chicken Sandwich was fine. I had half on the bun and decided it was too much bread. I tried to eat it off the bun but it is such a processed patty it does not taste good without additional toppings. But at least there was a chicken patty on the roll! I used to love this sandwich when I worked for Carrol’s Corporation in high school! I think my standards have been raised since then. The price did not match the quality unfortunately.

I went in to get food. The cashier rang me for the guy behind me charged me $50 for a $15 meal. I then pulled away almost got home and realized I didn’t have my drink so I went back and I wanted a refund for everything as my food would be cold. The manager on duty went up to the employee and was very disrespectful about how he forgot to give me my drink so I stuck out for the employee and the manager started getting nasty with me so of course I got nasty back. Burger King doesn’t deserve to have employees working for them if they’re not gonna be treat I’ve never experienced a customer service situation like this in my whole life and Burger King needs new management I feel really bad for the employees their that are miss treated they deserve better the manager was flipping me off and cussing me out they won’t pick up the phone and keep hanging up when I call for the managers name so I will have to go higher up than this store.

I just was waiting in line before 11 pm
And the jeep in front was placing their order however those inside employees took soo long to take his order as I was listening and again (right behind them before 11pm closing time) that when I got up to the speaker she told me they were closed now!! Huh ???? I told her I was in line but she said he was the last order! Great customer service !! IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD! Don’t go here they are terrible and this is not the first time but definitely the last ! Wegmans a better choice!

I ordered a 12 piece Mozzarella sticks and got home to find that they gave me chicken fries. Marinara sauce was in my bag but no Mozzarella sticks. Not a fan of the chicken fries. Now I know why I don’t eat at this place. I guess really check the food before leaving.

So we ordered DoorDash from Burger King, I ordered the whopper jr meal with bbq on the whopper I get it and there’s no sauce on pickle and barley any tomato, lots of lettuce and barley a patty on it, the first bite was dry and made me cringe

Usually I never have a problem at this location but today must not have been my day. Whoever took my drive through order continued to rush me through asking “want anything else?” Over and over and rudely before I could even answer. Then when paying I never received a receipt or a hello or thank you when at the window. On top of that I was given the wrong food, didn’t realize until I got home; called the location and was only given a “okay I’ll put you in the book for a *insert correct food here* and a small fry”, by who I’m assuming was the same rude employee who rushed me through the drive through. I understand people have off days and make mistakes but not having my order resolved or refunded right away is frustrating. Maybe avoid this location during the day. I’ve been going here for years and have never had a problem with the night crew ‍♀️

The food is pretty much what you expect from Burger King. The interior here is very nicely decorated, but looking around the tables were all dirty (they all had sesame seeds or puddles of ketchup somewhere) and the floor was sticky in several spots. The food also seems to take a lot longer than you’d expect, like they’re under staffed or something.

3 times in a row now my drink was full to the top with ice. I get 6 swallows of drink before its all ice. Please re-train your employees about how much ice goes in each beverage you sell. You know, those little red lines on the side of the cup that tell you slow flows exactly how much ice to use…

I stopped through the drive through around 9pm or 9:30. Had to put my dog to sleep yesterday so understandably didn’t feel like cooking or doing much. Thought I’d pick up Burger King on the way home so eating was one less thing I’d have to worry about.

Pulled into BK as 1 other car was pulling into the drive through ahead of me. He ordered food and a coffee (which presumably is what took so long.) I made my order and then waited in line behind the guy for a good 20+ minutes before it was my turn to get up to the window and pay and grab my food.

My fault for not checking my order but I was kind of on auto pilot. It wasn’t a hard order so I just assumed it would be right.

I ordered a burger, 2 of the honey mustard snack wraps (which were correct) then I also ordered 2 of the 12 piece mozzarella fries (the guy taking my order even confirmed I wanted the 12 piece vs the 8 piece.) I ordered 2 large fries. I only recieved 1 of the 8 piece spicy mozzarella fries and 1 order of French fries which were poured upside down in the bag spilled all over. So was missing both my mozzarella fries and an order of french fries. Didn’t realize it until I drove home and got out the food to eat with my friend. Ended up giving him the food as my entire half of the order was missing.

Icing on the cake of a shitty day. The cashier taking my order at the drive through was very friendly though so that’s the only nice thing I can say
