Waited way too long for 2 pizzas. They messed up on them and had to remake them. The manager said I guess I messed up and walked away. One of my pizzas looks like a medium instead of a large after it was remade. The manager didn’t even try to make it right. Never coming back

I called and asked if they had any pepperoni pizzas ready, and they said they have pepperoni pizzas hot and ready, then I got there 5 minutes later, and had to wait about 20 minutes for a single pepperoni pizza. Its terrible, definitely going to another location next time.

Quick last minute order placed on line, order was ready in 10 min (during lunch hour). Store inside was clean, staff was super friendly. Pizza was extra cheesy and baked just right, with a clean crust. I’m not sure why everyone else gave it such low stars is why I gave it 4/5 bc with that many situations posted there has to be something wrong:)?

Food was great! Not a lot of sauce on it . The price was a lil high though, and we had to wait forever for it! The service wasn’t that great the chic wasn’t very nice and barely spoke when we ordered! But overall the food wasn’t bad this time!

I just ordered a pizza from there they told me to wait 7 minutes in the car and they would bring the pizza to me. I waited 25 minutes I went inside and they said they forgot or that someone else was responsible and not them. They gave me bread and marinara which I didn’t need nor did I want nor did my son want the only reason I went there was for him. I put the pizza box on my passenger side seat when I came home I noticed there was grease all over my hands and I had to put the pizza box in the sink the grease had dripped through the box onto my car seat so I had to run downstairs with a rag and soap to scrub my seat. I will never come here again. This is not the first horrible experience I’ve had with this place. Pools of grease on the pizza and breadsticks no napkins. The food is completely trash and trashed. Time food and money wasted!!! -5 stars. I want my money back and someone to detail my carseat now that is stained. I’m not made of money I’m a single mother who is trying to give her son what he wanted.

The pizza I ordered through the portal was nice and hot. The one I bought extra when I picked up order slightly old. The cut of both pizzas not so good. Some slices very small as others were huge and one didn’t even look like a triangle. In a hurry to cut. Not cut properly and not cut all the way through.

Its sad that I have to edit my review of this Little Ceasars… for over 3 years we’ve been coming to this location to get our pizza and wings every Saturday evening… but after this Saturday, we will not be back! I do understand that they were short staffed, that’s not the paying customers fault. Our pizzas were terrible… raw dough on all 3 pizzas and they were not made correctly. Our chicken wings were cold, when I took them back into the store to ask for them to be cooked, I was told there was NOTHING that could be done. After spending $75, that’s unacceptable. The employee working the front should learn customer service and how to smile… again, I understand folks calling off work, but customers shouldn’t be held accountable for those actions. Its sad!

I don’t know if they need more help or what the problem is I went up to yesterday but a pizza and some breadsticks when straight home open the pizza was dry burnt nasty if I knew how to put the picture up here I would I’ve been trying to call back up there for 2 days now to let them know every time I call they just got the phone ring until they hang up on it for 2 days now now what if I want to call and order a pizza the pizza was so disgusting and for them not to answer phone is crazy but my next day off I promise I’m going up there I took pictures of it I have the receipt I am showing them I Know Places can get busy but this is crazy I call different times at different hours they always just pick up the phone and hang up and cannot find a corporate number anyway so the only way you can get a pizza is if you order online or you go through a drive-thru but best leave you better check that pizza before you walk out of there I really wish I knew how to upload a picture on this thing it was so disgusting hard cardboard Pizza how am I supposed to feed that to a family

Went in the front door to order. The lady was making a pizza without gloves and never came to the counter. It was hot I was tired and just left. When I left I seen her go to the drive through window as if someone was there. No I was me leaving. Food handlers that are touching your food should wear gloves. I won’t be stopping back In. Literally no customer service.
