I was frustrated when my wife arrived home with the wrong order. An hour after placing the order, we drove back to the location, and Rashaan immediately recognized my wife and apologized profusely, and was beyond friendly. He quickly remade the order, and when we asked to buy drinks because we decided to just eat in, he just gave them to us. While here, I noticed him checking on guests and maintaining the store. He made it a point to stop and check on us and apologize again, at which point we let him know we were just talking about how great he was, and it’s clear he takes his job seriously. I commended him on his ability to provide excellent customer service. I work for a highly regarded plumbing/HVAC/electric company in town and deal with customer satisfaction daily. It was nice to be on the receiving end of that instead of giving this time. I appreciated his attention to the issue as well as his ability to navigate it, and that he showed the initiative and care to address the mistake. His customer service skills are above average, and he is someone I would be happy to have work with me. Thanks for making the hangry trip back to the store worth coming back.

Absolutely the worst place to get Panda Express. I ordered orange chicken and rice. I had no problem with the food as it looked okay to eat. About an hr after I ate I was violently ill down to throwing up and much more I ended up going to the ER. I was diagnosed with the Noreau virus 10 out of 10 do not recommend as I am aware that most restaurants are Not the cleanest, but this one I could not vouch for absolutely horrible.

I ordered online and arrived at the time it was supposed to be ready, about 15 minutes after I ordered. When I got there, I had to wait for the people in-line to place and get their orders before they made mine, which was another 15 minutes after. It defeats the purpose of ordering online if I still have to wait. The food was good.

Showed up just before 1030pm on Friday but the dining room was closed. The sign says they are open until 1130. Went through drive thru and no friendly customer service. Felt like a big inconvenience. To make it all worse, our food was cold when we got home. This location is more convient bit a huge let down. Do better Panda!

The service was great. Ordered to go on the app, picked up got home and noticed the food was very skimpy. The portions of chow mein was half the large compartment, usually in person you get quite a bit. The portions of the entrees included very little meat. The Kung pao chicken had more peanuts than anything. So very expensive for no meat. The honey walnut shrimp was good and crispy.

Watch them when u order a side of rice… it’s about av inch and a half from the top of the box for 4 dollars and thats for a medium…. guild then several times and they keep bullshitting around and half ass filling my box….. I’ve been nice but next time I’ll have the manger tell me why this can’t happen…. good food and pleasant people shitty rice portions

Just visited this new location, and I must, say, was very disappointed in the small amount that I received. My suggestion to you check your order when you go thur the drive thu .I visited the one at Tanglewood Mall and never received such a small amount for 10.00
