At this location in Cherrydale the guy at register must have been distracted. Ordered their tacos with lemon pepper rub. He gave me the rub on the side in a cup. Not acceptable. Restaurant was not clean, will not go back to this location.

I ordered wings and things in which my wings were sweet and spicy and my tenders were good! I love the fact that Zaxby’s has ginger ale not many food chains offer that soda. I didn’t have any issues my visit and everything was great.

S/o to Makiyah in the drive-thru! Super sweet and friendly—the first time in a long while I’ve had such a great experience with a cashier. Also I asked for extra sauce, a specific amount & they made sure it was there & didn’t get mad when I asked them to check (it was there). Overall such a small interaction can change your view on an establishment.

The food was horrible and dried out like it had been sitting. Spent $30 on old food I think because the wings were practically dried out and stale the fries were so terrible no seasoning what so ever and again tasted old.
I didn’t want to have to make a review but what the heck is up with the so called “fried pickles”? They gave me something fried alright but it wasn’t pickles. This was like $5 so I didn’t wanna be that guy and go all the way back but seriously did they not see that this was not ok to sell. Do not buy the “fried pickles”.
Look at it lol you can’t tell me these look tasty.
Definitely will drive that extra mile to the TR location next time.

The food was there, I was very hungry. But the service was below 1 star. I put 1 because I didn’t have the option to put none.
The girl that assisted me was super rude, cold, not inviting, bad/terrible service.

Stopped by Zaxbys in Poinsette hwy, ordered the chicken bacon ranch fries, large strawberry Fanta, 2 egg rolls, large dr pepper strawberry, it was $20.15. Got home , took order out of bag, and saw they gave me a strip of bacon instead of cutting the bacon into pieces as it should be, I had to cut it up, mind you now, I was the only car in drive-thru, no one was inside, so they weren’t busy, but yet, couldn’t serve me what I paid for, couldn’t give me the meal as it should be, called 2 times to speak to a manager, both times I was hung up on, so I decided to go back, when I arrived I asked to speak to a manager, so a tall fellow came out, I told him I called but got hung up on, he says he had me on hold, that was a blatant lie because the phone hung up on me, so I preceded to show the picture of the bacon ranch fries, I asked him what was wrong with the picture, I said to him so I pay $20 to cut up my own bacon now, he gets mad and say what else wrong, then he goes to the back and comes back with a new order of it but made the correct way this time, no apologies no nothing, they’ll never get my business at this location again.

By far the worst Zaxbys. Food was good but service was awful. Workers behind the register would stand with their back to customers to ignore them, restaurant was dirty food under tables, dirty tables ext. But the worst part was the employees cursing so loudly in the back you could hear it from the dining room. Not the family environment it should be.

Not sure why so low on the rating scale. I personally had a great experience here! Got here on a Sunday… right when they opened. Went through the drive thru. Chicken finger plate was on point. Fries were hot and chicken was hot and perfect! Tasty! I will return!

First time trying zaxbys I was greatly disappointed in this place I would actually never order from any zaxbys a couple of my friends had told me they have good chicken etc n I believe them into I tried it myself th chicken tenders was so trash chewy when I asked for crispy the fries was nothing special just regular honestly the best thing I had was the coleslaw but this a no go for me I had wayyyyyy better chicken at a lot of others spots this franchise is overrated and overpriced!!!
