First review for this Domino’s Pizza. Great food. Super friendly staff. Unfortunately, they did give us the wrong crust for one of our pizza’s, but we called and the did make up more than satisfactorily for their mistake. Which was very much appreciated.

Food was good but cold. Not sure what happened, they said 25-35 minutes for delivery. They were moving fast on the tracker but once the delivery left the store it took over 40 minutes to get here (which made it over an hour total) and the resteraunt is less than 10 minutes away. Food still tasted good but was all cold.

I like dominos pizza, but consistently since last good pizza i recieved xmas eve? Since then I just order cheese pizza xtra cheese, I make special order easy on tomatoe sauce and dont over cook meaning make crust darling brown, I ordered 4 times since Xmas eve, still cant get it right, xtra cheese is dried to the crust not chey like pizza cheese is supppse to tell them easy on to much sauce I really dont hav any on my pizza and that seasoning with salt Italian I believe was thrown all over my pizza making it extremely salty not good pizza at dixie prp much any more its just the cooks Iit has to be

I prefer Domino’s over any other chain pizza, but they are NOT all the same. The PRP location is definitely the best in the city! Every time I order from this location, the pizza and wings are absolute perfection. The staff are kind and always working hard.

Updated again…. 2 weeks apart. They messed up my order both times. Last time they called me and gave me a small credit, so I dropped back in on 5-10-2024, to pick up order. The order was missing toppings and have other toppings I didn’t order.

Sometimes 15-20 carryout, 1.5 hrs and sometimes no carryout available. Heck sometimes online ordering isn’t an option. Probably due to employees being cycled out so rapidly at this location.

We order quite a bit through them but recently have had nothing but trouble. They don’t answer the phones and on this order decided to cancel one of them without calling! The lady there was a horrible with her service. Got home and one of the pizzas was not even fully cooked after having to wait an extra 30 mins to have them fill the order they canceled.

I was very disappointed and shocked how these drivers are today . Who leaves the pizzas on the porch at 21 degrees very cold outside and walks away . I spent 40 dollars and my food gets treated like this . It was out there 10 minutes. Noone called me or rang the doorbell. They remade it but it’s the principle of it. Even notice it was the wrong order as well . On Dixie hwy. near Lowerhunter.

I’ve always preferred Domino’s for the best pizzas, but my last orders have taken up to three hours. I’ve gone to the store to ask why it’s taking so long. They’ve been very rude, even though I’m a customer. It’s very unfortunate that these things happen.

This Domino’s is sketchy. I ordered a pizza and waited hours, it was never delivered. Said “delivered” on the app. Called back and couldn’t get anyone on the phone. Drove by, they closed earlier than they are supposed to, so couldn’t go in. Manager reached out to me via Instagram to confirm my address. Said that systems are down and said that they would get my pizza delivered. Pizza never came and I never got a refund. Had to dispute with my bank to get my money back because this location is privately owned, so corporate could not do anything. Like pulling teeth. Family and I used to order from this location on a regular basis, but never again.
