Will not drive out of my way again to come to this place, I always make it a stop on my way home as I drive long haul and they decide they don’t wanna take To Go orders when they feel like it leaving the drivers with no option but the snack bar. Thankfully. The lady there was really nice and helped me out. I’ll return to the snack bar to spend my money.

The food was great but the burger was more of poorly made and fell apart I think it needs a bigger button not too much butter on the bun to toast it. The fries need working on. They looked like shoe string fries. If the fries were home cut fries, it would work well with the burger.

Had a very frustrating experience Saturday night. Every restaurant at the casino was busy when we got there at 6pm, no surprise there. Waited 30 minutes to get in, ok. Got our drinks quickly. Put in our order for 2 burgers, one fries and one salad at 7 pm, plenty of time to get to the 8pm show. But then we waited 45 minutes while everyone else got served, even people seated after we ordered. Our wait staff were aware, but didn’t do anything. We barely made the show. No comp, just a verbal apology. Next time we’ll eat a better meal outside the casino.

Horrible service to start of with and the rest was history. Was waiting to be seated 1st in line and had another couple seated before me. And then ended up having to sit at the island and when told the waitress of the incident. She actually said im hostile. Definitely won’t recommend dining here.

The food is usually pretty good here, service is subpar at best and the beer and sodas are consistently FLAT and had been for a while.
Hopefully they get that figured out soon otherwise I’ll get my fix at another location.

Fries are not fresh cut ( really dry and hard) anymore like at the original laguna burger, chili cheese fries just as bad, no flavor!!!

Ordered a spicy burger with fries to go 11.50 for a burger as small as as a double cheese burger from Mcd. And fries where dry string fries. But the thing that really got me was that since we had ordered to go we couldn’t eat it their WTH WHY? WOULDN’T Recommend them

The chicken in my sandwich was burnt. Basically uneatable. I can’t even believe the cook served it to someone. Our fried were also cold on both entrees. The restaurant wasn’t even busy at the time, not an excuse by any means for burnt, cold food. No longer award winning food.
