I can’t recall having eating here before so this was exciting! Ok I have to say the parking lot at this location is bananas and I can see how in the future it could be really congested. Now on to the service everyone was so pleasant and friendly! The restaurant was clean and vibrant. The food was pretty good. We selected the brisket on maple bagel, the lox on maple bagel, fruity cereal bars and twice baked hash browns. We enjoyed and will be back!

I used to eat breakfast at Einstein Bagel shop in Euclid during my college time, but I haven’t been to any Einstein Bagels shops for a long time. My all time favorite is the toasted blueberry bagel with honey almond cream cheese. It was my first time at this location. I liked the atmosphere here. The line was so long on the weekend, so I placed my order online to pick up. My order was ready as promised time. Everything was good. I just didn’t like their drink, it was way too sweet for my liking.

Placed a big order for my job, and a great experience! The place looks clean and cozy. Staff was nice, friendly and helpful with my order. Was able to get my food quickly while 100% accurate. My team really enjoyed the food and can’t wait until next time we order again! 10/10 recommend!

Maybe because this is a new location, but I feel the staff is lacking training. Ordered half dozen bagels, they did not ask if I wanted them sliced or not. I requested sliced and when I got home, they were butchered, they looked like they were sloppily sliced by hand, very inconsistent slicing. No bagel slicing machine? If you order half a dozen you’re supposed to get a discount on Schmear, but no one ever mentioned that to me, missed sales opportunity. I also had to request plastic storage bags, not offered. We also ordered two sandwiches to go and one was wrong (turkey, instead of ham and cheese), but we had already left & needed to be somewhere so did not return to the store. Doubt we’ll b returning…

This location is handy!! Appreciate it being right off the highway with easy parking lot access. Workers were super kind and service was fast given how busy it was late morning. Only downside is they just have cold brew coffee at this location. Would love to see expansion into retailer iced lattes and macchiatos.

This was my spur of the moment, ran in here after my Costco trip. I ordered the Asiago bagel, split & toasted, with a side shmear of cream cheese (I thought maybe I would only eat half of the bagel here, then take the other half home for tomorrow). The bagel was delicious (but only slightly warm when I received it, a little disappointing). My schmear of cream cheese was in a small condiment cup and only about half full, which was very disappointing, as I was charged $2.09 for the schmear by itself. I ordered (and paid!) for another side of cream cheese; I mentioned that there wasn’t enough in my original order for the full bagel. The cashier made a sympathetic grunt, then served me another small cup — but this one was full. I wondered if I had ordered the bagel with schmear applied, would I have gotten the proper amount? Mind you, I don’t slather it in layers over the bagel, but I do expect to receive enough to do more than simply scrape a little on top.

LOVE their bagels. Food is always fresh and the staff is always accommodating my needs. I often pick up large orders and they always offer to help carry items to the car to make it easier for me. HUGE shout out to Shift Manager Sam, always sweet no matter how busy they may get. Nia is also the one crew member I see making bagels often, and the food is ALWAYS good. Outstanding team and this will always be one of my favorite breakfast spots. Give them a try if ever in need of a quick breakfast option, good coffee, or even stop by during lunch time! Worst experience. I got a coffee, it wasn’t stirred at all so it was just goopy and chocolately with no cold brew or milk. I tried to fix it, when it still tasted bad I asked if i could trade for another drink, and they told me no so i just threw it away. The bagels were stale, they forgot cheese on both of our sandwiches and the customer service was just bad. i love einstein bagels so much but this location is trash with a horrible manager.
