I was bragging to my wife about Five Guys having the best fries so I stopped for a medium size. Used to be I would get enough for two people. These were limp kinda warm and sparce. For $6 I felt invited to go else where. Too bad.

Burgers were good, fries were good, but…. Sweat tea wasn’t sweetened, soda was flat. Two of the employees in the back seemed like they wanted to care and do a good job, but the woman at the register was doing a great job at confusing the rest of the crew and argumentative with those other two in the back. A fourth employee I seen walking around, not sure what he was doing. I want to like this place like I did a decade ago, but it’s hard when the prices are as high as they are and the service and such is meh.

Ordered a large order of fries and the cup was barely full. Maybe I have too high of expectations with the history of overflowing fries, but this was disappointing. The burger was very sparsely dressed.

We’re are very excited to have anew restaurant closer to us. The new 5 Guys is nice, the delicious smell hits you in the parking lot before you even get to the door. . My double cheeseburger, with all the fixes, was soooo good. It was huge,and the fries are some of the best in town. I really like that you can get the onions on your burger grilled. Thanks Guys I’ll be back real soon!!!!

Great burgers and fries at 5 Guys. All the Mobile area locations are owned by the same franchise but vary in consistency unfortunately. This one the food is good and they provide pleasant service, but it’s not as tidy in the dining area as you would hope it would be. But the food is good.

Staff was very non interested in fulfilling their prescribed duties. In defense of the person who took my order, he appeared to be a new employee, but the female employee was the basis of my rating. It was almost an attitude that she was doing me a favor to open the register so the new guy could take my order. I suggest that if you’re gonna eat here, make sure you check your order for accuracy. I won’t be going back to this location.

Online order placed for 3 cheeseburgers and large fries. Order arrives and only had 2 cheeseburgers. The local restaurant could not process refund and we had to go through corporate customer service. BUT, the uncaring attitude that this store didnt even get the order right… do not online order from this location as quite frankly they don’t care if you got what you wanted or not… its not their problem apparently. Well my wallet is now closed permanently to Five guys and their $12.00 cheeseburgers.
