That asian manager need to go. Everytime I order a box with whites, she gives me dark, and its only her. I have let it slide so many times, but I had to say something because I had enough of the ripping off. The other manager lady there is great! When complaining to asian manager to fix my order, she is throwing the bag with box of chicken i returned on the back counter and screaming that I am lying. Why would I lie about some meat, and making a drive back to the place after I had made it home already., and second of all, I ordered a 12 pc. box, and I returned all 12pcs of chicken(all thighs and wings) so how can she be mad screaming from the back that I am lying. Lying about what?? All your chicken was returned! Very rude and unprofessional. Do your job right the first place and you wouldnt have to be calling the customers liars when they confront you about paying a big difference for a mixed box, but fooling the customer and giving them all dark.

This is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!! The wait at this store is ALWAYS. 30-45 minutes BEFORE ordering then another 30-45 after ordering, ya’l need to get more help it’s pitiful to have to wait that long after driving 15 minutes one way to get here, then realize they didn’t get your order right, on a positive note good to see them cleaning the outside, inside next……..UPDATE 4/23/25, decided to go back here since my last encounter, not only did I pay for white meat and received dark, my chicken was raw, and since when do you all serve apple pies with no frosting? That’s the reason for getting them, board of health on their way!!!

I have a love hate relationship with this place I love it because your food will be fresh and hot. I hate it because you’re going to wait for it. It’s never less than a twenty minute wait. I don’t get how I’m the only person in line and they say ma’am can you pull up to the parking lot your food will be right out. Lies! Should be 0 stars. In line for 15 minutes and the line is backed up. The service is slow and no one has received food yet. I guess they pluck and fry the chicken when you order because there is definitely no chicken ready to be served. Horrible

Waited in line for 15 minutes, and when I finally got to the window, they were out of tenders. I barely ever come here, so I was excited after a long time, but I left very dissatisfied. I won’t be coming back again.

I love Church’s Chicken this is the only location in Houma, my family eats here often the service in not usually friendly but not bad either just not inviting. Everytime you order at the drive through expect some sort of lengthy wait in the parking lot for your food to be brought out, or you have to go in and fetch which defets the whole pourpose of the drive through. Other than this the food is always delicious and decently priced for a large family sized meal.

Got my order wrong after repeating it 3 times. I also was charged more for the wrong order rather than the order I kept trying to make. Cost me more than I intended to pay all due to their staff not doing their jobs properly. Then the young lady that was at the register also had an attitude. The place looked ghetto and filthy as well. We ended up not even eating all our food and just leaving. I’m very upset about this experience. It was the first time I didn’t time with my adult kid for a long time and this is how our dinner date went. Not a happy customer; I don’t recommend this establishment to anyone!
