Price is terrible for what you get. Shameful. Burger patties are see-through. Takes 3 patties to weigh the same as a single at Burgerking!
$50+ for 3/16″ thick burger patties, all breading chicken tenders, and mini ruben sandwich. Save your money and go elsewhwere.

Painfully slow service in the drive thru. We sat and waited behind a vehicle for almost 10 minutes for someone to take their order. Then once we paid and got our drinks we sat while 10 vehicles came and went before recieving our food. Everything was prepared fine but we had a simple and straight forward order so I really am at a loss what is going on at this store..

First time at this location my kids and I were very pleased with the food went through the drive thru they were busy and we only waited 7 minutes for our order which consisted of 3 burgers chili cheese fry’s and drinks and 3 custards. We will be back! Also great customer service

Went day 2 and day 4 of grand opening week.
Beautiful restaurant. day 2 was an onion ring and dish of custard with strawberries. So delicious I wanted to go back for a burger and rings. I waited 5 minutes for an order taker at the drive through, repeated my order 3 times and still they rung it up wrong. When I got my burger, the bacon was burnt and not the usual strips that culvers serves.

Had flavor of the day 2 scoops the kids was same size as our 2 scoop it was double Carmel pecan it didn’t even have single Carmel. This is our 3rd time here and all 3 times it has been this way. We are done with culvers we will go to Freddy’s if we want ice cream they put culvers to shame.

Waited in the drive through for 30minutes waiting for my food with only one car ahead of me. Cars began to pile up and then I finally got my food which was cold. Guys delivering food vaping on the way to my vehicle. Place is brand new not impressed.

Just waited 50 minutes past the time indicated in the app, had to ask for a soda we paid for, shorted a milk, as well as an order of cheese curds, was told they put two orders in one bag…. Melted ice cream, messed up order, and wasted time.
