Visited this Starbucks on Feb3,2026 around 7:20-8pm during a business meetup.
People do business at Starbucks all the time because it feels like a safe, neutral place. which is exactly why my client chose this location.

During our visit, a cashier used a counterfeit pen on a $100 bill (out of $1700) I had just paid her with and told my client the money was fake based only on the pen mark (light Golden Brown line).

Told my client that the line was black and that the whole $1700 | had just given her was fake!
That immediately created fear and disrupted a legitimate transaction. Because the bill was refused, the store also missed out on a sale during that hour. We later verified the bills through a grocery store validator machine and they were confirmed to be real.

I completely respect being cautious with cash, but employees should be properly educated on what to actually look for when verifying currency. The interaction at the counter sets the tone, the cashier is the face and voice of the store. If staff aren’t confident or informed, it can affect trust and lead to lost sales over time.

Afterward, I called the store to provide feedback and ask for management, but the response felt dismissive rather than solution-focused. As a frequent Starbucks customer who conducts business meetings at many locations, I hope this feedback encourages stronger training and more mindful communication moving forward.

Friday mornings are hectic! Ordered ahead on the app, arrived at 7:44am. Food was ready, but my plain coffee wasn’t. Had to wait. Brittany was very helpfulat the end and very positivegave me a $4 off for my next drink. Tip: order earlier if you’re on a tight schedule.

Stopped in for a cup of coffee at this location while my car was getting serviced, and wow as soon as you walk in, you can feel it: this team is built different. I want to applaud every person working behind the bar. They even came to my table to kindly ask if I needed a refill!
This is a perfect example of how the people working at an establishment are what truly make it great. Thank you all for the excellent service!

Most horrible drink I have ever had. I usually like this Starbucks but today is the last time I visit.
I ordered my regular drink, in a venti size with light ice and apparently if you order light ice you don’t get your full drink. This has never happened before. If this is the rule maybe the baristas should notify the customer. I will say that she tried to fix it, with an attitude but I didn’t want those bad vibes with my drink.
Nicest thing they did was write to smile on my cup, I guess they meant haha this is what you get.

This location is the closest to my house and unfortunately the service and drinks have been sucking lately. Thinking of having to drive further out to get better drinks and service. I did pick up order today and once again my drink was not what a grande drink is instead is looking like a tall in a grande cup, missing like an inch of coffee in the cup. Prices are not cheap and not to get full cup ain’t right. I hate complaining but is been more than twice at this location. I ask for cup holder and straws and they seem bothered. Not friendly at all.

To re-post this from a few weeks ago or more maybe, that this Starbucks would not give a cup of ice to a regular customer who is in need per say. This customer does buy a coffee or other to sit there and do his work or other. A regular customer at that!
The Manager there on that day would not let the “Employee” give ice. BUT TO NOT GIVE A CUP OF FREE ICE TO SOMEONE IN NEED, OR NOT, IS PRETTY LOW CLASS.
THEY CAN CERTAINLY AFFORD THIS FREE ICE WITH THEIR HIGHER PRICED MARKED UP ITEMS. I THINK NOT A GOOD ACT OF BUSINESS. THANK YOU!

I came here for a venti matcha late and an overnight oats. 20 bucks which isn’t cheap considering how much oats was in there. Anyways gave a nice hard and clean 20 dollar bill and was given this filthy soft 10 dollar bills. When asking for another bill I was told the register was closed, I shouldve asked for a manager who probably wouldve kindly opened it to satisfy my request but I left, vowing not to return. How do you see all this bills and think this is the one I’ll give. Yuck. I’d be grossed out if I was even tipped with this thing. The condition of this bill reflects the relationships between people in this nation, it reflects the direction the nation is headed in under the current administration and it reflects the heart and willingness employees have and their desire to go beyond the call of duty for the sake of others.

Such slow service at this location and the workers barely looked at us when we came in. We stood alone in line for like 10 minutes. Another 30 minutes for our drinks. Maybe the staff is all knew or just doesn’t care about their customers but this is a first for a Starbucks all their workers usually work fast and are friendly.

Also, heard other customers complaining about the wait time to receive their drinks.
