We regularly order from this location, but may not after this experience. We placed an order on 4/11. My wife pulled a piece of plastic that appears to be the corner of a bag off our taco pizza. I called the restaurant and was told they could remake it or put a credit on the account. Because I didn’t want to have to drive back to the location and we’d already lost our appetites, I said a credit would be fine. The store manager offered a $15 credit to which I mentioned that the pizza itself cost $22. The rude response was, “Yeah, but you still have the pizza.”
It was clear that I wasn’t getting anywhere with this particular manager, so I sent an email through the Pizza Hut app hoping I would find someone more helpful. I received an automated message that stated that someone from the store would contact me within 3 business days. It’s now been 5 business days and I still haven’t heard a word.
It’s really unfortunate that this is how Pizza Hut handles the issue of a foreign object being found in their food.

$26 meal deal is excellent! I’m shocked the wings are good!! My only complaint is wings do t automatically come with ranch , kind of ridiculous we have to pay extra?!

I placed an order online for pickup, got the confirmation and everything seemed fine—until I actually showed up. When I got there, the staff looked confused and told me my order didn’t exist. I had to show them the confirmation email and even then it took three different employees to “find” it. It was honestly frustrating and unorganized. The food was okay once I finally got it, but the hassle definitely wasn’t worth it.

First of all they delivered it to the wrong apartment, even though we put on the directions to leave the pizza at the door on the left. Instead he put it at the door on the right. When we called them to ask where our pizza was, because at this point we had not figured out they left it at our neighbors door yet, the guy on the phone gave us major attitude trying to defend himself as to why he left the pizza at that door. My husband was the one talking to him about all of this, and once the guy started to give attitude my husband got real annoyed and started talking back at him. During this time the supervisor at Pizza Hut must have been listening to this whole conversation, because she broke in on the phone and interrupted her employee arguing with my husband. At this point the only good thing happened with this whole experience.. After the supervisor kicked her employee off of the phone, she immediately apologized to my husband for her employee being so rude. We did not catch your name, but we thank you for being so nice. After we finally were able to start eating our food, of course it was starting to get cold already, because the driver just left the pizza outside on a 15 degree day, without waiting at the door to make sure someone came for it. Anyways, they also got part of our order wrong. And last but certainly not least, on the inside of one of the pizza boxes there were red circles and smudges all over, as if someone set red paint cans on the box and the paint dripped onto the box. I do believe that’s about it. Worst Pizza Hut experience ever.

We had a large meat lovers pan pizza. Very good choice with bread sticks. That fed 3 of us a couple meals and was just as good warmed up.
