If you ever want you food taken right the first time with great service. Ask for DEE I love her! The best great person. I only go when I know she is there she is the very best. I am family ten I can always rely on her to make the experience great. Dee thank you for being amazing person.

We have been eating at this establishment a few time a year for the last couple decades. The food and service has been acceptable in the past.
We made the mistake of going in around 11:00 AM on 11-12-25. Our server was marginal at best. My wife got toast with her order, and it came out with butter on one corner of one piece and the second piece was dry. Waited a long time for our server to check on us and asked for some butter and jelly. It took 10 minutes to get a dab of butter and a packet of jelly.
I had pancakes with my breakfast and had to wait 10 minutes to get syrup. What type of pancake joint makes you ask for syrup with your pancakes as if it’s some special order item?
The most notable thing about our breakfast was the hash brown potatoes served with both orders. The potatoes were probably the worst thing that we have ever seen served to human beings. I didn’t think it would be possible to overcook hash browns to that extent, but the clown in the kitchen accomplished the impossible. The fact that a cook or a server could serve crap like that shows the management leaves a lot to be desired.
We will never be back.

dee was WONDERFUL! she was so kind, she even asked me if i wanted cheese in my eggs. i haven’t been to ihop in a while and i went with my mom, and it was such a treat! dee asked all the right questions and got me requested oat creamer for the cold brew i ordered. she was over the top, phenomenal, sweet and considerate! she also was very on top with her service and kept checking on us frequently. we definitely will come back again to see her!

Eh. Its ihop reminda me of why I dont eat here. Tabby was the server. Asked for hot water with lemon got hot water. Ham was salty. Pancakes tasted like wheat and tough, so was the waffle. Lemonade were artificial. Two tables from across the dining room were yelling to each other the whole time. All the servers were gathering and talking to a table in the middle. Sticky table. Took 10min after the rest of our party got here to take the rest of our order. Constantly out of water and she wouldn’t come over to the table. We were her only one. Brought the lemon after 3 times to the table.
And to top it off? In a semi-quiet environment this loud and overbearing server came over to tell us to vote and rate our server 5 stars on Google so they can win a contest. Nope. It was odd and made all of us at the table feel awkward.
Im a server. Serve better. Going back to Dennys and perkins. Plus a chunk of un-mixed milkshake to top it off.

Kelli was awesome! We came in pretty late and we were exhausted but she made sure we ate good and felt good! Food was great and her service is unmatched! This place was super clean and calm it was awesome.

Kelli is by far the best server i have had the pleasure of being with in any of my ihop, no, restaurant dining experiences. She shows a level of mastery in food service that the world has not known before her. She showed a level of care that could only be described as familial love. Kelli is a blessing on this earth and she delivers joy to all of her tables. Also she gave me a high five!!! #neededthat

I came in a couple days ago and food and everything was great but I came in again today and asked if they have strawberry milkshake and she said yes with an attitude of boredom and not wanting to do anything and then brought it out the milkshake had no flavor tasted straight up like plain water and wasn’t served on a proper cup I gotten it before but on a glass cut and the rest on a steel cup but not this time. Worst service.
