I used to eat here all the time. Slowly has gotten worse and worse. Got a big new Yorker, there is no sauce on it and it’s about as thick as a piece of paper. Opened the wings and there is about 2 drops of sauce in it. There just isn’t any love put in food anymore. Think I’m just gonna go to bed hungry rather than get a belly ache and indigestion for the night. If this store wasn’t so far from home I’d go get my money back. I will never waste my money at this store again. Just close this store and be done with it.

Food was good. Lady was really rude. I thought I was being pretty patient. She was on the phone inside for like 10 minutes which was fine. I’m pretty patient. Then as soon as she opened the window it was instant attitude. Go to dominos instead man. It’s cheaper and they’re mad chill up there.

Some people are so lazy at these restaurants. I put in a online order and I asked for extra cheese, extra pepperoni and, extra sauce but they did neither one of them as you can see on the picture but then again, they may be low on items for the pizzas I don’t know.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. The staff here is rude & just unbearable. We’ve had 2 bad experiences BACK TO BACK. We tried to give them a second chance as bad days do happen but it was just one thing after another. The food was great but the attitudes of the staff were horrible. I’m a mom of 4 kids & me and my mom came to eat here at 4pm on a Thursday – there was *NO ONE* here as far as customers. While my mom was in the restroom helping with 1 of my girls a worker came outside the door & proceeded to continuously talk about how annoying it is that they were in the bathroom & that she needed to change her tampon ASAP after I told my mom how she was acting my mom said that girl LITERALLY JUST GOT THERE FOR HER SHIFT. Regardless after she went to the bathroom she blocked off the bathroom with a “for employee only” sign. They were literally just mad that they didn’t have the bathroom to themselves. I had to take my son into the men’s bathroom which was disgusting. THE BATHROOM IS ALWAYS GROSS HERE. Management really needs to reevaluate their staff & decide if they’re worth keeping as they definitely aren’t keeping business. Boo

Today is June 21st. 2025 I did an online order & a review for Pizza Hut 3yrs ago and we’ll decide to try them again to see if it has gotten better since then… Well I was a bit disappointed again. My pizza looked like it was missing pieces .. not sure why or what happened to the pizza but spending $30 for this was not worth it. PLEASE LOOK at your pizza before leaving ..

My pizza has always been was very dry in the past but when i ordered the box it was great. From the pizza well cooked and not dry to the cheese bread that were perfectly cooked but the pasta has NO flavor it was just noodles topped with cheese. Not sure if the cook or manager has changed but please make the pasta actually taste like something .. but do keep up the good work on the pizza and bread sticks because i don’t want dry pizza again.

The lady that took my order talked down on me for how I looked and dressed. She shouldn’t have done that because now I will not come back to this pizza Hut ever. I will go to another one. That’s how you lose customers lack of customer service. All because of how I looked and dressed she couldn’t tell me they messed up on my order she had someone else do it. That is not okay.

Placed a delivery order, was quoted 25-30 minutes, I called 15 minutes after the original estimated delivery and was told it’s on a warmer and will be headed out soon. I ended up waiting over an hour just to get cold pizza and a hair in my food. Called to get it fixed and was told I needed to take a picture of the hair and come up to the store and prove it, managers words. Who couldn’t even come to the phone might I add, manager was playing telephone with the employee on the phone, reasoning they were busy. And that was my second call after being hung up on the first time. Didn’t get names but I wish I had, trash service! Absolutely will not be ordering from here again. Horrible customer service. Honestly surprised it has a 3.6 rating, definitely should be lower.

This location treats Dashers like trash. Telling us we have to wait 15 or more minutes while the order is actually sitting in the warmer. If you don’t wanna be in customer service get the hell out and find a job that suits you. No reason to be like this.

Management is incompetent. Got to the store and had to wait Another 25 minutes for a pizza that cost more than what we ordered and, was smaller. Because they failed to contact us. Then lied straight to our face about it.

This was the worst pizza more sauce and barely cheese on one and my son stuff crust was good on cheese but hardly any sauce I’m confused worst pizza I’ve gotten from them and my bread sticks weren’t cut smh
