You come in and they don’t even acknowledge you. You stand in pretty much no line for 5 to 10 minutes waiting for service and when they finally come to you, they just come to the register and stay completely silent. No “hello”, no “how can I help you”, nothing…

Horrible service provided by the woman with the short hair. She works mornings on weekdays. She is verbally abusive towards clients and talks back with an attitude. I usually spend around $30 weekly on coffee at this location, effective today I will not be returning. She cannot handle the volume of 5 people waiting on items that are not available on the mobile app. Going back to Starbucks. More expensive but the service is worth every penny.

Doughnuts & bagels were extremely fresh & well filled.
Coffee was on point, orders filled accurately and quick, with the staff able to make a substitution without a mental meltdown, unlike several other locations.

Every time I order my drink with light ice, they give me half of the drink. This is not the first time, and the cashier always has an attitude. This is not how people want to start their mornings or be treated.

The service here was awful. I did a curbside pickup and the workers in the back were just standing around talking instead of bringing out my order. When I asked about it, they were rude and talked back instead of helping. If you can’t handle curbside orders, don’t offer the option. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful.

Excellent service for a very packed place! Covid guidelines are followed and in place. Clean bathrooms and quick service. Some tables are also available. Coffee took a second but workers are all working hard and quickly and are friendly and competent.
