I ordered a veggie sandwich and it made lots of onions and lettuce on it barley anything else and I was going to deal with it until I started finding union peels in my sandwich you know the brown outside part of the onion and I told the guy behind the counter that you shouldn’t put that part of the onion on the sandwich that part is trash and he told me it just requires more chewing. My husbands sandwich barley had meat on it we weren’t happy with our experience. They man behind the counter did give me a coupon for a free sandwich but I hope I can use it somewhere else because eating onion peeling doesn’t appeal to me.

I have been coming to this Penn Station location for months. Yes, the sandwiches are good and always made exactly the same which I appreciate. What keeps me coming back to this location as opposed to other (similar) sandwich shops in the area is the staff. The staff constantly goes above and beyond. I have seen one of them follow an older person to their car with an umbrella on a rainy day. One day they ran my sub out to my car when they saw I was parked out front. Just top notch kind people over all, and it is greatly appreciated.

Love the food but when ordering online it is never ready and even when you get there and let them know your there it takes 10 plus minutes for them to get your rapid pick up order too you. There’s not enough help and they are in no hurry to move quicker. If you only get a half hour for lunch dont waste your time here. It’s never ready on time.

Great fries, sandwiches are good. Lemonade and cookies are good, as long as they are fresh. Salad is pathetic and way over priced, This is not an $8 salad. Mixed impressions of customer service, not the friendliest people, but they do work hard. Pepsi products and Luzianne tea (sweet and unsweetened). Overall clean restaurant and would visit again.

In a hurry? Want a sandwich quick? I hope not. If you place your order ahead of time you only wait 15 minutes past time to get your food. Only reason this doesn’t get 1 star is because the food is delicious, but you will Never get out of there in less than 30 minutes.

I ordered the Dagwood sandwich “East coast style” with corned beef for my meat. They forgot my cheese. We were going to dine in, but the store vents were blowing such cold air it was uncomfortable to eat in there, so we took it home. If the restaurant was comfortable to dine in I could have gone up to the counter to get my cheese that was left off. Since I drove all the way home before I ate I certainly wasn’t driving back, so I had to just go without.
