I always go to this Roxberry around 3 after I get off of work and I usually get my order taken by this beautiful and lovely employee named Ashley. Although I don’t like Roxberry too much I usually go because whenever Ashley takes my order she has the best energy and always gets it right to the T. There could be 7 orders before me yet Ashely always seems to get all of them perfectly done in less than 10 minutes. I really appreciate Ashley’s dedication and hard work. It is visible that she does her job serious, well, and with a smile. I try to tip Ashely at least once a week so she knows how much I appreciate and acknowledge her kindness and hard work. I truly feel honored to be a regular.

Great service and yummy smoothies! Glad to have a place like this in Spanish Fork. Just wish their hours were a little earlier in the morning so I could pick one up after dropping kids off at school. Edit- they were pretty busy at this visit which doesn’t usually bother me but the girl was juicing fruit with a long line of people waiting to order and she didn’t acknowledge anyone for probably 5 minutes. Not the best customer service but the drinks are still awesome!

Also they didn’t put the kid correctly on one and it spilt on my top and down the cup making a mess
**Update I was sick for 4 days and almost was hospitalized due to food poisoning from here. Narrowed down due to timeline and only thing I consumed in that time period

The employee was wearing a subway shirt so I was a bit confused at first. Nonetheless, the gentleman took care of me and kept a positive attitude during the lunch rush. Smoothie was good, I added some tequila to take it to the next level.

Went to Roxberry at City Creek and was pleasantly surprised! This was my first item here It took me a little time to order since there are a lot of options and it was hard to decide which smoothie bowl to get since they all seem the same.. but different at the same time. I decided to let one of the employees pick between the Go Green bowl and the P-Nut Butter Crunch one (I wish i remembered his name), and he chose the P-Nut Butter Crunch one (~$7). It had yogurt, granola, strawberries, and of course, peanut butter. It was pretty delicious and super filling for my morning/afternoon and was a great study meal.
The only “con” I’d say was the spoon.. I think it’s for smoothies/shake and I felt like the toppings couldn’t fit on there to get a good bite. Good thing I had utensils for my lunch/dinner later and just used that! Other than that, I was happy with my bowl and would purchase again!

Super helpful and solid customer service. Had the original bowl in Berry Crunch and it was delicious! Everything is freshly made in front of you! Tasty!

I love Roxberry, it’s usually always consistent. Every location I’ve been to has been terrific except this one. The first time I ordered a smoothie at this location it was via DoorDash pickup. I came in and waited like 10 minutes for someone to even show up to the front.
This time when I picked up my smoothie, it had chunks of lime skin… it’s super bitter, sour and deterring. The fact that I paid $12 for an inedible smoothie is ridiculous. I should stick to making them at home.
