I would write an essay about how much I adore this place. I has missed the cozy coffee shops of days when you went to talk and enjoy/read, not endless cold workstations and laptop tables.
This is the coffee shop that first dates, fiftieth dates, cozy conversation dreams are made of – velvet couches (7!) and low amber lighting, comfy chairs, fireplace with conversation pit type space.
The miso latte was perfect. Counter culture espresso made perfectly with just enough sweetness to balance the umami. The baklava latte was slightly sweeter, and the fresh piece of baklava they served with it was one of the best I have ever had.
I wish we had one of these where I live but I look forward to going every time we visit my family!

The atmosphere of Dancing Rabbits Blairsville is really nice. The space can get very loud because of the acoustics. It’s very busy until around 11 AM. Plenty of well-spaced tables and seating areas. The staff are very friendly and they work very hard. The pastries are good. I liked the maple pecan scone I had. The cranberry orange scone didn’t really taste like either. The chocolate raspberry latte was good, and neither flavor was overpowering.

Love the space and decor and also really loved our honey lavender latte and pumpkin latte (not overly spiced). We also enjoyed the maple pecan sourdough scone and the apple scone. Friendly staff! Grateful to have found good coffee in the mountains on our weekend getaway!

A few friends & I visited Dancing Rabbits while visiting Blairesville last weekend. Absolutely LOVED it! The people were lovely…the ambiance & vibe were so cool…and coffee & pastries delicious!!! Can’t wait to visit again for wine & bites. It’s such a unique & wonderful addition to this area!!!

This place has the best coffee it is so cute. The people are so nice and honestly the coffee here is great. I got the crème brûlée and let me tell you that is the best thing I’ve ever tried in my whole entire life. It literally melted my heart away so if you come here and you like sweet things, get the crème brûlée my grandfather said he loved the black coffee. It was just so good so wonderful and honestly, I’ve never had this good of coffee before.

Had a chance to visit Dancing Rabbits for coffee over the holidays – the buildout of the space is gorgeous and the signature drinks are very fun and unique. I am less adventurous and enjoyed a simple vanilla latte (which was delicious) while my husband had the baklava latte. This is a great spot for a coffee date, a get-together with friends, or a quick drive-thru coffee fix. We will definitely be back!

I come here once a week to do some studying, and I just love the environment and drinks. Staff and owners are friendly, as well. I’ve missed having options for COZY coffee shops. So many have become cold and sterile. This place is warm and elegant. Coffee drinks are divine – smooth and creamy and delicious. Music is relaxing and not too loud. And lastly… in today’s time, it feels like we are tipped to death everywhere we go. Here… I don’t even see where they give the option to tip, which is refreshing – to be honest. Keep up the great work, Dancing Rabbits, and thank you for being a wonderful addition to the community!

I’m a coffee lover, and being fairly unimpressed with other coffee offerings in the area I had resigned myself to making coffee at home. No longer!! No other shop in the area compares to the drinks you can get here!
The drinks are creative and soooo delicious, and it looks like they have a rotating seasonal menu so there’s always new drinks to try. I got the miso caramel latte and it was amazing, not too sweet and perfect texture on the frothed milk.
They’re in a very convenient location, with plenty of parking and even a drive-through window! The inside of the shop is beautiful with plenty of comfy seating to hang out or get some work done. Also all the staff were very kind and friendly .
If you love delicious+creative coffee, please come and give this place a try!!!
