Hubby and I were very pleased with our meals and service. They listened and did not make our hash browns too hard/crispy. Our eggs were not overcooked either, and the coffee was freshly brewed.
We could see the team work between the day shift staff and the manager. We were able to express our enjoyment to the manager. Hence, their high health score of 99-A.
One of our best friends’ favorite place to eat is Waffle House.
Needless to say, this experience was a good one and we will be back!

I drive past waffle houses to go to this waffle house.I have only been there in the morning. The food is perfect. The service is perfect I don’t eat waffle house all the time but when I do this is the one I eat at.Perfect everytime.I always get bacon egg and cheese sandwich with lettuce tomatoes and mayonnaise with double hash browns try it you will get a perfect breakfast

Elijah needs proper training on CUSTOMER SERVICE and proper etiquette on how he should acknowledge paying customers and take orders not based on his discretion. I walked in to place a Togo order and Samara advised him I was his next customer and he rudely states well THEY gon have to wait and walked off to take someone else’s order. I was ONE person and I was alone . I was the Only African American customer so I would hate to assume it was due to my race seeing he declined taking my order but moved on to the next customer’s who walked in after me. Very disappointing. I frequent this location quite often

I came into waffle house tonight and my card was declined, unbeknownst that my car insurance had been taken out of my account. Levi didn’t hesitate, and offered to cover my bill for me. He was so kind and considerate and told me he wanted to bless me, so thank you Levi, for going above and beyond and making my waffle house experience unforgettable!
