We got the Monster funnel cake. It was okay and good for a $24-ish dessert that all 4 of us could eat off of. Staff took a bit to acknowledge us and a while to get it to us even though there was no line and about 5 employees around. It seemed like we were inconveniencing them.

Stopped into Coaster’s yesterday when we got to Seaworld, ordered a sugar cookie with sprinkles and and iced latte. Iced Latte was really good, the cookie was cold which is weird and it also tasted fishy! Glad we didnt get sick from the cookie because it was gross. The employees were really nice although it was busy since it was the weekend.

They took my order, than start making but instead of giving to me while it’s already ready the barista if I can even call her that starts making other ones just Fing give to me and do others why you gotta make me wait for no reason when it’s already ready? Especially when I had to leave due to emergency. The worst part she didn’t even blend it good and just put the cream on top for Frappuccino. The vanilla bean was not even mixed and on top of that she didn’t close lid good so it was dropped. Disappointed. She is keep saying one second and laughing or smiling. We couldn’t even enjoy it. I wish I could get my money back not worth it.

Their coffee is pretty good. Donuts and pastries are very good as well. Well, when and if staff are willing to give you what you ordered.
It is fine when the park is not busy. You get what you ordered and there are actually some tables indoor and outdoor for dining on premise. But a lot of things could go wrong during busy times. It’s not like they are understaffed, because I see a lot of staff behind the counter (doing not much). Some newbies do not know how to brew the coffee?! And people lining up outside of the door. Disaster.
More than one occasion where I witnessed and experienced this. I saw yesterday that Coaster Coffee is in the process opening another one near the Orca stadium. Trying to disperse the crowd?

The atmosphere of this place is what it’s all about. They do have some nice pastries and some Starbucks coffee which can be a good way to start your day at SeaWorld Orlando. The pastries and coffee are just overpriced and they are really nothing special, but you get to enjoy them next to the coolest coaster models on the planet. I love the models of Mako and Kraken. It’s a really cool environment to enjoy a piping hot caffeinated beverage. Everything is pretty expensive and like I said nothing is special you’re better off eating a muffin at your hotel, but if you are a roller coaster fan you have to go inside and look at the models they have inside of the coasters.

Rude employees all around. They didn’t seem to care about anything. They showed zero manners whatsoever, even after trying to be super polite. The looks very annoyed, impatient, and acted like they were everything with a bag of chips. When we were in line one of the employees literally shoved us out the way to get behind the counter. She had the audacity to proceed giving dirty looks and scoffing at us.
They also got our order wrong multiple times. (We needed six hot chocolates and a coffee.) The kids hot chocolate was boiling hot. Too hot for little kids. Very upsetting. Usually Sea World does a lot better. Every other store here is great service. Hopefully it gets fixed. Edit: I forgot to mention that it was super dirty. Trash, dirt, etc. . Also very limited menu.

Just awful button machine Starbucks coffee. You must be desperate if you drink this coffee. Doesn’tatter what you order, it’s all expensive and terrible.
