I am the night manager at the Brewton location. I treat my customers like they’re my family. If you decide you want a great pizza, then stop by and ask for me. We’re having a issue with our online delivery orders. If you place a delivery order online and it tells you we can’t or don’t deliver to that address, call us. We will have to manually enter your address. Also know that any discount or promotion offered online, we will honor in store or over the phone. Papa John’s is working on this issue. I hope you come see us or call us. And we appreciate your business. ☺️

I truly must say I love every minute of my visit to Papa John’s the manager was really really really really really really nice great personality great attitude there’s no Papa John’s in my hometown so I drive about 20 mi to get me some pizza from Papa John’s because I know it’s going to be good

Upon attempting to review this company I must say they failed horribly. I have been to the location personally and I will say this from witnessing it myself. I wouldn’t need anything they handle because it is very doubtful that they can wash their hands in the restrooms after using them when the sinks are dry and I go in. I found that part disgusting. Furthermore they would rather run around and play with their friends then perform their duties. I have also discovered in my investigation of this particular location that the five star reviews that talk about how well they are doing our family friends and employees. The store supposed to shut down at 10:00 sharp they’ve been shutting down at 9:30 because they don’t want to do any more work. I blame this primarily and solely on management. This is a courtesy review I didn’t have to put this here but I chose to. Being a courtesy review means this I have reported all findings to Kentucky home office of Papa John’s. I didn’t do this because I’m a disgruntled customer I did this because I’m a reviewer of companies for companies. And you failed horribly. . The staff here is either not trained or does not give a darn about anything but themselves.

Just ordered from papa johns. Asked for well done wings. When my wings were delivered they were NOT well done. When the skin is soggy on your chicken that is NOT well done. Called the store and was told they were ran twice in the oven and that if you want them cooked longer to be specific when ordering. I though well done was specific enough but ok! This is unacceptable. I won’t buy wings from here again!

Service has definitely improved. The wait is still awful. You can be the only person in the store and still have to wait 45 minutes for your order. Heads up, pick up carry out orders are dead last. Irs definitely not on a first come first serve basis. Online orders have priority and are prepared first, then delivery, and then carry out. Many carry out orders still have to wait a very long time to pick up a pizza even after arrival. I do not know what’s the deal with their “prepare a pizza notification system.” Once you pay, it seems like it waits 20 minutes to que the pizza preparer to start with no one in the store. That aspect need to change. You just took the order, so make the pizza up already. I don’t think the issue is with the employees, but thier pos system. The employees are awesome…so please tip well.

Worst customer service I have ever received. Employees repeatedly left the restaurant walked around the parking lot laughed and ate food. We walked in after 30 minutes and asked if our pizza was done and the employee was very rude and just said NO! I’m very dissatisfied with this. They need to train their employees or get new ones. Oh and they gave us the wrong order. We ordered a pepperoni pizza and cheese sticks, they gave us tomato and spinach cheese pizza with two calzones. We did not return it for fear of retaliation and they would spit on our pizza. We are never visiting this location again.

Entire family got food poisoning after eating pizzas from here. Twice. Didn’t realize the first time the pizza was to blame. But there was no doubt last night when we all were sick after eating pizza. We will not purchase from this place any time soon which is a shame because this is our favorite brand.

Okay we ordered pizza to be delivered to us at our shop. The lady on the phone said it would be 26 to 30 minutes okay. Then as we sitting here waiting for them to come 49 minutes came around and no one showed. So we had to pull the shop phone out and call back, they told us that they had came to the shop and call the phone no calls was made to me.i really feel you all need to tighten up.. Poor poor service!!!

I have called Papa Johns in Brewton Alabama and everytime they have me on hold for at 30 to 45 minutes each time. And when I go in there to put my order in phone be still ringing. They never answer their phone calls ever. So what’s the point even them having phones if they NOT going to answer. And then I still have to wait another 30 minutes for my food. SMH
