Wow, we come for a quick biten and how disappointingthis location is. The food was just poorer than other locations, and the empty tables are full of dirty dishes and cups that people left behind. The staff is nowhere to be seen, except in the kitchen. Never will be returning to this particular location. It’s simply pathetic and poor representation of the brand.

I went through the drive through at 7:30 this evening wanting chicken soup. I waited 20 min with only 3 cars in front of me to get my food. When I got home to eat it the bowl of soup was almost all broth with a few noodles, no chicken and a carrot. I paid almost $10. What a disappointment! Here is a picture after I only drank the broth. This is the noodle/chicken that I received in this bowl of soup. Seriously people! What a joke!!

There was a long black hair on the top of my sandwich, nobody even the manager was wearing a hairnet, not a single one in sight throughout the whole kitchen, no gloves either. Even the manager who had her hair in a long ponytail did not have gloves or a hairnet on. Disgusting. Also they do not give you your cups until with your meal now.

I’ve always enjoyed the service and food at this Panera location (Orchard Town Center), but this visit was a standout! A member of the staff named Charlie provided exceptional customer service during our last visit! She was very friendly and professional, and went above and beyond when the coffee from one of the urns wasn’t hot. She started brewing a new batch right away, and although Panera is self-service, she brought me the first cup as it was starting to brew, so that I didn’t have to wait for it to finish! Panera is very lucky to have Charlie representing them!

Ordered a family pack of chicken and wild rice. Got home there was no bread. When I called the manager suggested I “CHOSE NO SIDES” at checkout. Drove all the way back to get bread, show manager that I cleary did not “choose NO SIDE” for my order on my phone. She saw the phone acknowledged that I did indeed choose bread for my side. No apology. Just “I see that it says that in the app but it’s not the same on OURS side” What a joke. What’s the point of ordering online if their system “shows something different”?

I ordered a caprese sandwich and it literally looked like two pieces of bread. There was no mozzarella, a sad peice of basil, and the most pathetic tomatos I’ve ever seen. It didn’t even taste good. I also ordered a salad and asked for no feta but instead they put a buttload of feta on there. Panera has gone down hill! Never coming here again!

Ordered “You Pick 2” for lunch at the drive thru. I’ve been a regular customer for years, but I am finding that the quality of their food has gone downhill. Today my soup was pasty and lukewarm. The pre-made chicken salad sandwich was not fresh. For a place that overcharges for their food, I expect more.

This will be my last time ordering soup from this location. The last THREE TIMES I’ve ordered black bean soup or the chili it’s like they just skimmed the liquid off the top of the pot. It’s watery and there’s literally 8 beans in the entire cup. One time and I’d let it go, but this is the third time recently! This place is so expensive and they need to do better.
