I have been waiting for this Caribou Coffee Shop to open. It’s a great location, just off of a roundabout, near a Marcus Movie theatre. I can imagine getting a drink before entering the theater or just before jumping on the highway.
This location is set up nicely. Good parking for walking up to the takeout window, and good traffic flow through the drive through. I was able to order my drink at the outdoor menu/speaker location. Got to the window a few minutes later. They got the drink right, chai latte with extra foam and cinnamon. The servers were all cheerful and helpful.
The only thing for me is that I’m not a great fan of their chia mix. Just not flavorful enough for me. Maybe there is a custom way to order it? I should give it another try.

I went through the drive-thru at Caribou Coffee and had such a great experience! The staff were super friendly and upbeat, and my order was ready quickly. Prices felt very reasonable, and the coffee was absolutely delicious—smooth, rich, and just what I needed to start my day. It’s nice to find a place where the service makes you smile before you even take the first sip. I’ll definitely be coming back!

First and last time trying Caribou Coffee. I ordered a carmel espresso shaker. Unfortunately, while on my way home already on the highway, I noticed that it looked like it had old milk in it since there were chunks of white stuff in there. Don’t waste your money here. What kind of integrity do the employees have allowing someone to drink that? Very disappointed.

I stopped by Caribou Coffee tonight and had a mixed experience. The drive-thru speaker was crackly, making it hard to hear. I asked whether or not the staff had any sugar-free recommendations and the woman said the only thing she could think of was a vanilla syrup. I like options! The place is cute, but the customer service was lacking; I had to repeat my order multiple times and dealt with some passive-aggressive vibes.
I ordered three drinks with cold foam for an extra dollar, but the foam was barely there and watery. I also asked for light ice, but they clearly missed that too. For $21 plus a tip, not pleased.

Went the other day and I was in a terrible mood. After I ordered, the staff was so friendly, I drove out of there smiling. That is good customer service! Overall love Caribou too, if I need to go to a chain coffee shop, they are my pick over others.

This might be the friendliest experience I’ve ever had in a drive-through at a coffee shop. The person taking my order was kind and intuitive and realized that I have not been to a Caribou coffee before and offered suggestions on the menu. He also recommended the app in the most non-pushy way I’ve ever experienced noting that I would get a free coffee on my next visit. If I downloaded the app then when I got up to the window to pay, that person was extremely friendly as well, offering me a sample. On top of all of that, my caramel high-rise is fantastic!

My first time trying caribou coffee and The service was great. They gave me a large instead of medium because they were out of medium cups which was a nice upgrade 🙂 the coffee is STRONG! Wow! Definitely gonna keep me wired for a while which is what I needed.
