I was still a little disappointed in the food. The fries are always good. The wings was a little bit. Disappointed usually has so much flavor spent $26 and it wasn’t really worth it. This is one of my favorite places to get wings. Hopefully it was just a fluke.

Decided to try a neighborhood bar for dinner tonight. Atmosphere was great. They had a band playing that was Fantastic!! The server was really nice and very attentive. Our family’s food was good. Mine? Not so great. :(. I got the smothered sirloin and I couldn’t even finish it. It was chewy and looked grey in color. The nachos were awesome. My daughter loved her kids spaghetti ad the portion was HUGE! My husband got the bacon egg melt and said it was good. Also, the shrimp Alfredo, My son was delicious. Overall, we would definitely try it again.

I’ve been to Copper Chimney many times and have always enjoyed the drinks, and karaoke nights, which made this experience especially disappointing.
Last Saturday, I went with two friends for drinks when our waitress, the bartender, and eventually the owner accused me of having a fake ID and refused to serve me.
The waitress claimed my ID did not have a holographic image. After shining a light on it and clearly showing the hologram, service was still refused with no reasonable explanation. It felt like they chose to stand by their accusation rather than correct their mistake.
I asked multiple times to speak with a manager or owner and was told they were “busy.” I specifically said I was willing to wait for them to come to our table. After waiting about 15 minutes, the waitress returned and told us that if we wanted to speak with the manager or owner, we would need to go into the kitchen to talk, which felt extremely disrespectful and inappropriate as a paying customer.
Ultimately, we were asked to leave. This situation was embarrassing, frustrating, and showed a serious lack of professionalism and basic customer service.

Copper Chimney treated us with complete disrespect. This was my very first time in this establishment and decided to try it with some friends who have been numerous times. We were refused service and staff accused my friend of having a fake ID without any proof or explanation. This was after they checked our IDs and took our drink order! Then all of a sudden the waitress came back out and said “ actually can I see your IDs again” of course we handed them over. She proceeded to the back with our IDs for a long period of time showing all staff members our IDs. Then she came back 10 min later to accuse. When we asked to speak to a manager, staff refused and said she is “busy” and we could go into the kitchen instead…which is absolutely not appropriate.
The situation felt hostile, degrading, and extremely unprofessional. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I hope this place re-educates themselves on valid identifications.

A friend of ours recommended this place. We weren’t too sure about it, based on reviews of inconsistencies. We loved everything though…the food, the service, the atmosphere, decor and, the karaoke.
I had the Blackened Bayou Pasta and my wife had the Manicotti on special….the quality of the food and, sizes of the meals were wonderful .
