My wife and I eat here monthly for our date nights for multiple years now. Food is always good, consistent and fresh! Service is normally on top of things, but can be slow at times.
This is our go to for bringing out of town guests and family for a good sushi experience.

Wow, what an amazing experience for Sushi and Food in Oklahoma. I was so happy with the service and experience. Everything was cooked perfectly.
Took my time and ordered as I went and Hery, the server was very patient and took notes to make sure it was perfect.

The nay
This is a highly underrated sushi spot in okc to the point where I’m nervous to admit how good they are because I enjoy the short seating time. The ginger house salad is something I get EVERY TIME. The pot stickers are divine. The raspberry Moscow mule is so good. All of the sushi I’ve had is wonderful, my husband gets the kimchi fried rice a lot and he looks forward to taking some home for the next day. I feel like The atmosphere is decent, it’s not super fancy which is perfect for me, never too loud. They usually have a game on the TV at the bar but still not too loud. 10/10 we’ve done date nights there and birthday events with a big group. Definitely call ahead if you need more than a 4 top.

My boyfriend and I absolutely loved this place! Food was amazing, service was amazing, and the atmosphere was amazing as well! Very reasonable prices for the portion sizes. We definitely will be coming back again! I definitely recommend the bagel roll it was sooo good! (almost 2 years later and i still love this place so much! also pls try the snow crab roll w/ eel sauce & spicy mayo you will thank me later)

Combines great food with great service. Wait staff was patient and accommodating for our young son, and he got the most amazing looking bento box of food. We tried three maki rolls, each wildly different but perfectly balanced. Would recommend to anyone looking for teriyaki, sushi, or katsu.

I’ve now visited Inaka 3+ times and everytime they deliver!
You start with a complimentary Cucumber Salad (diced cucumbers with seasoning and vegetables)
The servers are all attentive and very nice, helpful with the menu items aswell.
On this visit we had the following rolls:
Euphoria- packed with flavor, the shrimp tempura, with mango and eel sauce on top just really deliver a savory and sweet roll, truly delicious and perhaps my favorite now (front pictured)
Hawaiian – absolutely delicious with mango on top with Coconut sauce, it had me picking up some of the sauce for the last rolls and still was sturdy and strong with all the sauce not falling apart (center pictured)
Sunflower – nice simple roll with delicious salmon and avocado, nothing wild but a comfortable roll to finish off with (back right pictured)
We also had Squid Salad and tho the portion was small the pieces of Meat were long and juicy and it was still delicious and packed just a nice spice.
