Purchased a sub at this location today. I’ve eaten at this place in the past and the food has always been great, until today. I made my order online using the Subway app. I ordered a Subway Club sub on toasted wheat bread, with added mustard and provolone cheese. I also asked in the special instructions to cut in half and individually wrap each half. I also ordered a cookie.

When I picked up my order, the special instructions were not followed, so I had to wait while she wrapped each half. The cookie was not included so I had to bring it to her attention. I wanted a chocolate chip cookie but none was on display, but she said there was some in the back and she brought one out.

When I left and got down the road, I started to eat one of the halves only to discover that there was no added provolone or mustard, and the bread had been toasted to the point of being crumbly and falling apart. When I finally got to the cookie, it was cold. Not just cold as in not warm, it was literally cold, like it had just been removed from a refrigerator.

I really should have checked my order more carefully but this was the first time I’ve ordered on the Subway app and ordering in person was never an issue. I’ve had great sandwiches from Subway before and I’ve had “okay” ones, but never one that was actually bad. If I use this location in the future, I’ll make my order in person so I can watch my order being prepared.

I placed an online order with a scheduled pickup time, but when I arrived, the order was not ready as promised. I was ignored upon entering the store, and only after waiting was I informed that they’ve been out of olives for two months—which was communicated on the ordering website, I just found it to be annoying. I had to stand and watch as our sandwiches were made from scratch, defeating the purpose of ordering ahead. This level of service is disappointing and not what customers should expect. I truly hope management takes the necessary steps to improve operations at this location.

There’s a white girl with highlights and a white sweater and a tattoo on her right arm who was a complete mean girl to us right now as soon as we walked in she made faces at us and when I proceeded to order she kept making faces at me and my fiance and while she was putting the toppings on our sandwiches she would throw the stuff and proceeded to answer us rudely and genesis was another person working with her but she was a sweetheart compared to her rude coworker what a nasty behavior of the other girl never again will tolerate that

Always healthy and fresh, but the Folsom location is by far the best one I’ve ever eaten at! Super friendly, very clean, great tasting and plenty of veggies! We love a lunch treat at subway. It’s our 2 year olds favorite restaurant too.

I called and asked them to bake a dozen of oatmeal raisins cookies at 7:08 pm and the lady said “today?, no ma’am I won’t be able to do that” but they don’t close until 8:30. I’ll never try to spend my money there again.
