Horribly disappointing. My partner and I both received curries that were drowning in sauce with very little filling. The chicken in his curry tasted like it was filled with brine and they got his samosa order wrong. Definitely not what I would expect from a Banjaara franchise…

By far the best Indian restaurant in South Africa I’ve ever been to! It was affordable, the staff were super friendly and helpful and the flavour of everything we ate was out of this world. We had a meat platter which allows you to taste 3 of their meat options with rice and generously big naan breads for only R190! What an amazing place

Good food (buttered garlic naan, prawn korma and icecream for dessert) served with a smile by our waiter mr Welcome! With gentle Indian music in the background
Banjaara made us feel very relaxed and we overstayed a lunch until 4:30 stretching time
in good company with delightful burfee speckled icecream and ice cold virgin pina coladas and wine. One
guest ordered the rice pudding, which was a runny, fairly tasteless dissappointment. Stick to the icecream is the best advice!
We will be back though!

We took away the lunch special chicken bunny and beans roti today, and we were pleasantly surprised! The portions were great and the flavours were good. We will definitely be back for more ☺️

Lovely buffet in Tue eves, would’ve liked to see a bit wider variety, but very lekka never the less, chilli can be a bit stronger! 😉 we were early and almost only people in there so service was great, friendly waiters and management, nice parking, and nice atmosphere. We are not big eaters so we do better on the take aways that would last us a few sittings for the 4 of us, as opposed to this one meal. But good value never the less!

I’m so disappointed in the chicken curry, they don’t provide actual chicken pieces but chicken breast that have been cut into small pieces and it tastes more tomato and not like actual curry and the roti is super burnt. Horrible!!! So annoyed. Do not recommend!!!!

The minute you walk in the doors you get hit by a beautiful aromatic smell of Indian cuisine. Banjaara is a delicious hidden gem that I would highly recommend with exceptionally kind staff and delicious food.
We had the R120 buffet on Tuesday night. Absolute value for money

Superb Indian cuisine and my favourite is from their Indo-Chinese menu – the hot and sour soup, that comes in chicken or vegetable varieties. The perfect starter to whet the appetite! Try any of their Indian curries you won’t be disappointed. Accompaniments of varieties naans, rotis and parathas soak up the deliciousness

Don’t miss their Tuesday dinner buffets (R180 pp), best value in town for delicious curries! They also have weekday lunch time special bunny chows
