I was a bit confused when I walked up expecting a food truck and only saw chairs outside, looks like they’re going to lease the restaurant building that was previously there and one of the owners said that they will have 3 separate restaurants there, Olivia Bros, a pizza place, and a burger place–how exciting!

I had a really nice chat with one of the owners there and they all seem like really lovely people–kind hearted with little kids around so hopefully they stay around for some time! They were still redoing the front of house so not sure when they will open fully but looking forward to trying more Azerbaijan food.

Since I’ve never had Azerbaijan food before, I asked for a recommendation and he said all of the food is good but did say that the chicken shawarma was big and I was feeling a bit hungry so went with that. It came with fries and some peppers, which reminded me of banana peppers. Not spicy with a briney taste to it, great accompaniment. He also tossed in this yogurt drink (I didn’t get the name) that was tasty.

Overall, good food and will be back to try their lamb kebabs and the burger as well and interested to see what their pizzas will be like as well. Love seeing small family businesses like this and hope they do well!

I recently had the pleasure of trying this restaurant, which is transitioning from a food truck and is in the process of opening its new location. The menu features a wonderful variety of kebabs and veggie options, blending Mediterranean and Caucasus flavors. Plus, their traditional brewed black tea in a tea pot is a must-try. I had a great chat with the owners, and they plan to expand the menu once the restaurant is fully open. I’m definitely looking forward to returning and exploring more dishes.

This place is amazing. Great food and great service. Very tasty but also artisanal. And the selection is so vast I could come here every day and get something new. Normally when I go somewhere there is 1 or 2 things that I really stick with. Here I think it requires many visits to get the full experience. Also the interior is very fun. Just lots of attention to detail. Im excited for them. Before too long I’ll bet it will be hard to get a table because it is so popular.

A friend of mine recommended me this place couple of days ago. I’ve ordered chicken Baku sandwich. It was one of the best I’ve ever had. Amazing Azerbaijani food and tea . There is no much halal options around Mountain View this good.

It’s a food truck and There are outdoor seats available, cozy place!

This food truck is absolutely incredible! The barbecue is cooked to perfection—tender, smoky, and full of flavor. The sauces are rich and perfectly balanced, and the portions are generous for the price. You can really taste the love and effort that goes into every dish. The staff is friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. Hands down the best barbecue I’ve had from a food truck—highly recommend!

BIG UPDATE — THEY’VE MOVED FROM THE FOOD TRUCK TO THE RESTAURANT!

I’ve been a regular here since the food truck days, and now they’re serving from inside the restaurant kitchen — same spot, same food, same great prices! Just use the restaurant door instead of the truck.

The truck will be gone soon, but don’t worry — they’re still cooking the same amazing meals. Also, new takeout brands are coming soon: Rosso (Italian) and Calsizzle (American), and I saw a “Restaurant Opening Soon” sign on the wall. Says:NAR

Great to see a new food truck in the area and one putting out fantastic food!

Got the Chicken Shawarma Wrap, chicken itself was fantastic, well seasoned and really juicy. Wrap was plentiful and made perfectly. Fries could have been slightly more crisp, but they were still tasty, especially with the addictive Garlic Sauce.

Had to try the Azerbaijani Baklava as well. Really well done, not too sweet like some baklava can be. Portion was on the smaller side but made up by the flavor and execution.

The people working there were kind and quick with the service, and I have definitely found a new regular spot!

You have to try their chicken Baku sandwich it was so good! I’ve never had food from Azerbaijan before and I was excited to try the chicken Baku. It’s like a chopped chicken, veggies, and herbs mix with some light sauce in a baguette style bread that they put in a panini press. The sandwich filling was refreshing and bursting with flavor and the bread was perfectly toasted.
We also tried their chicken shawarma wrap and while it wasn’t the usual middle eastern style shawarma it was really good in its own way. Both items came with fries that were crunchy and yummy. I loved the food we got from here and I’m excited to try more items from their menu!
