The asada taco was cooked to perfection, tender, juicy, and packed with rich, smoky flavor that was complemented by just the right amount of seasoning. Each bite tasted like a labor of love, prepared by someone who truly cares about delivering a genuine taco experience. This was no ordinary asada; it reminded me of street tacos you’d find on a bustling corner back home, with each flavor hitting the palate like a memory.
Then came the al pastor, which turned out to be the perfect mix of savory and sweet. With its signature pineapple-infused sweetness, it had just the right balance without overpowering the spice. Every bite brought a hint of sweetness that enhanced the meat’s depth and made the flavors truly unforgettable. This al pastor was everything I’d been looking for, satisfying my craving in a way only something prepared with care could.
If you’re searching for a food truck that brings the heart of Mexican street food to you, Tacos de Cacheton is worth every penny and every bite. I can’t wait to go back for more.
The tortilla is crispy the meat is tender and flavorful. The right amount of cheese just melted perfectly. Can’t recommend enough. They open at 11:00.
The taco was listed as $4, but we were charged $5. Might have been the sub for pork. Ultimately, it’s a very small taco (standard) but the taste wasn’t anything to write home about. We live in Hawaii but does it really need pineapple? Unfortunately, it overpowered the flavor of the meat and salsa. A simple lime garnish would have sufficed.
