Tonight I came thru the drive thru box and was told to hold. I ended up sitting there for ten minutes before deciding to back up and pull forward again. This time I was asked to take my order, and all I wanted was a sandwich. Afterwards I pulled up to the window where one young lady was counting the register (which took time), then a second young lady was standing there fiddling with her headset- neither one of them acknowledged me. After sitting there for almost five minutes, I pulled off. Not okay.

Waited for about 10 mins in drive thru the worker apologized for the wait but when I got home my burger was pink in the inside which is not normal after I took a couple bites tried calling 3 times no answer and I just got off work soooo now I’m hungry and the fries was hard but whatever.

Was here on 12/14/25 at 12:10p. The staff was amazing. Very friendly. The entire place was very clean. I highly recommend.

The food was HOT, fresh and well prepared. The emoloyee at the drive-thru window taking orders and payment was so super friendly. She even stated she liked cooking there. The only yet minor downside was the wait time. But i would be happy to wait having received a nice smile, friendly service and hot fresh curly fries a gyro. Pleasantly surprised!

They didn’t have anything we wanted. No Jamocha shake, no sweet tea, all the sandwiches we wanted have been removed from the menu, they forgot one of our fries, and the food sucks. Will never go back to the Arby’s on Godfrey Road.

I was in the Arby’s located in Godfrey for lunch today. The store was very clean, the staff provided excellent service, I was not told I needed to order from a kiosk because we do not have enough staff. I witnessed the staff not only taking care of the lobby customers. They were taking care of the curbside customer’s. In a time when it seems that everywhere you go you are told to order from a kiosk or sorry we are only serving Drive through customer’s. It was very refreshing to receive not only service but above and beyond good service. I did ask for the manager to not file a complaint but to pay her and her staff a compliment. People are quick to post a complaint. I’m here to post a compliment. All Arby’s may not he ran this efficiently. But it shows volumes the staff, manager and corporate what outstanding good service means in general and specifically to this customer. I do hope corporate sees what an outstanding job these emoyees did today at the Godfrey Arby’s location. My name if you need it is Dan that I left for the counter girl.

I placed my order online and tried to get my pickup time about the time I got off work. However, I got off early and tried to pick up my meal early. The manager on duty made numerous excuses why she could not fulfill the order. In my opinion she showed a lack of professionalism and lack of any customer service. She showed more interest in not being bothered and getting off work.
Besides that the employees did take care of it when we went back to pick up at the correct time
