BK wonders why sales are down. It’s because they don’t care about getting your order right . So much for their gimmick slogan of “Have it Your Way. Tonight, our order was a totally screwed up drive-thru order. We drive too far to have to go back to the store. BK knows it’s too much trouble AND, when you call, they don’t answer their phone, which helps them avoid your complaint. They don’t want to hear your complaint at all. It doesn’t matter to BK or the employees. They’ve already got your money. And they wonder why sales are dropping. when you have every reason not to support them anymore. Keep up the bad job, BK. You are a operating a successful Titanic.

We was just passing through so we decided to eat BK. When we get there was a little kid without an adult at first then come to find out was the workers kid being unsupervised. We order our food took us 30 mins to even get it. I used it on the mobile app. Then when we got our food one of the sandwich was wrong that took another 10-15 mins to do a remake and mind you wasn’t busy at all. I will never go back to this location and I always pass through a lot so disappointed and with the company in general.

This is the worse BK. I bought 2 whopper meals and 1 whopper. It was $32.55 and I waited for 15 minutes the girl brought me out 3 small burgers for whoppers. I talk to the manager and they act like I was in the wrong asking for my money back for 3 small burgers and paying for whoppers. They said they ran out of buns. I will not go back to this location. It needs a new crew. The attitudes are ridiculous here. If you don’t want to work, don’t work and make everyone else miserable. I would give 0’s for rating if I could.

I use my mobile app alot bc I can just pick up the order…also using the app earns me points which accumulate & pay for free items but…
Last visit we ordered six sausage & egg bisquits… They were out of biscuits, so they wanted to know if it was okay.If they put them on croissants, yes, croissants are fine… Got home, which is about between 15 and 20 minutes away from Burger King.
And gave them to my husband
And later he told me, there was no sausage, not on any of them just egg.
The Alabaster Burger King has made us sit in line with no cars in front of us for 15 minutes before ordering our food. We ordered our food and the order was wrong. The employee that waited on us was rude. And when we drove out of the driveup window, we saw another employee with his head down, asleep on a table in the dining area, and another one wandering around in back with earbuds in, jamming out music.
Our last 4 visits went along similar lines. So Alabaster Burger, King kind of sucks

Terrible service. Had to pull up and wait for a hamburger. When she came out to give it to us, she didn’t say a word. Just handed it, walked away. Doors are locked, so you have to go through the drive thru. Pitiful. Take a lesson from CFA!!

Eat here pretty often as it is in a convenient location, but the service isn’t the best. It could take up to 30 minutes for you to receive your order, even when they aren’t busy. When you do receive your food it is fresh and tastes good. The only issue I’ve had with the food is I like to get the original chicken sandwich with only ketchup and every time I ask they still put everything on it. Other than that, the food is great.

Stop at the location on 10/21/25 at about 6:51a.m. for breakfast. Decided to go into the lobby, in which I stood there about 10 minutes before I decided to leave. Can here workers talking but no one ever acknowledged me to assist me with my order.
