Drive thru was quick and efficient. Food was pretty good. Went back again and had to go inside due to long drive thru line. The coke freestyle machine was out of almost every flavor and the ice didn’t work. The staff was super busy but efficient and all very nice and polite. My food was decent. All in all a decent experience. I blame management for the staffing issues.

This is my second time going to this establishment. The first time I ordered two twelve count chicken fries off the fryers, they didn’t do what was said on the receipt and a older gentleman gave me some fresh ones when I went it to get them replaced. Well I went again today and the guy on the window was nice. I gave my order again of two twelves fresh; I had some that was tough, cold tips, warmed because it was layered like some other BK chains do when they are in a rush. This drive through was not in a big rush.
I can see potential for this place to be a high rate of 4-5 one day, just today they missed the mark.

Ordered online through the app. Arrived shortly thereafter. The six staff consisted of exactly one person making food, while the remaining stared at him. For half an hour they only serviced the drive-thru, deliberately ignoring the dining room and food delivery drivers. When the drive-thru was empty, the manager came out front and pretended to be surprised at the stack of angry customers. Manager spent ten minutes refunding another customer, and the remaining were only served in the order in which they complained. My food, after the interminable wait, was incorrect, and a member of the staff then sat directly next to me and blasted his cell phone at outrageous levels.

If they hate the customers so, just close the dining room and save us the trouble.

The food once my order was done correctly was your usual BK quality. The service was sub-par to say the least. I asked for extra cheese with my order and it wasn’t added to the ticket. I advised the cashier and they told the cooks and didn’t charge me which seemed nice but when I got my food I checked to be sure and not only was there no extra cheese there was only 1 slice of cheese per sandwich. I ordered the bacon kind with an extra patty so at the very least I should’ve had 2 slices of cheese just from the basic sandwich itself. They did fix my order but of course I was already annoyed and so were the cooks who had to fix the mess up. Not my first choice of BKs but will do the job if you need a bite and don’t want to cook yourself.

BK is the only drive thru I know of where I can get the Impossible burger.
I ordered it. Often I’m asked if I want cheese and I always answer with a no.
This time I ordered impossible Whopper meal and said, “No cheese, I’m allergic”.
Get to my destination and there is cheese on my Impossible Whopper.
Not eating beef and dairy (and some other stuff) is not a choice for me. I’m allergic to it. Definitely didn’t have it my way.

One of the worst Burger King’s I’ve been to in a while. I’ve come a few times to this location and it doesn’t matter. Old buns, cold fries and everything just sucks. I remember a time when the king was the best and now I rather just go to Chick-fil-A next door as it’s about the same cost and I know my food will be hot.

Management has ruined the place. The workers are nice, but have no idea what they are doing. The app makes things worse. When I try to reach out, just excuses and no concern. They just say sorry and hope your next visit is better. What a joke. Overcharged and asked for a refund and they responded there is nothing they can do. Do not waste your time or money. On top of that, the food made me sick. I’ve had problems in the past, but overlooked them. This past visit was the final straw. Stay away for health concerns and mishandling of your money.

Everytime we come here the burgers are so fresh and HOT!!!!!! Steaming hot, Lamareon is one of the sweetest best ff cooks around! He will go far in life!!! Sorry if we miss spelled ur name! He told me he cooks it like he would want to eat it❤️

I ordered my food then waited at the window for 10 lady came told me that I owed 5 times my order found out somebody else paid for mine waited another 20 minutes while they fixed my order then cashier practicly threw my bag of food at me and I never did my drink. No sorry for the wait, no sorry for the mixup just throw it at me fries all on bottom of bag. Horrible Horrible customer service. Not going there again.
