I just wasted 35 bucks here; ended up getting something else and throwing it all away. No ice for my drink. Soda tasted awful, like they don’t have the syrup to water ratio right. Fries were stale, like they were reheated, and same with my 15 piece wings. What kind of operation is this? You’re just making wings and fries, how hard can that be?

The wings were pretty decent, I just expected more from a food chain known for chicken wings. I had the garlic parmesan, and mango habenro bone in wings. The fried Cajun corn was definitely the highlight of my meal, dip in the ranch is just delicious. 6/10. Check them out!

Food was cooked in old grease so the fries were horrible taste and texture . Chicken was soggy cause they didn’t drain it just put it in box and sprinkled seasoning on it so it’s just soaking in grease . Corn also looked bad because EVERYTHING WAS COOKED IN OLD GREASE Wasn’t good at all I paid 75$ got enough for a small gathering and it was terrible

Ms Tameka is the absolute best. We love going to this location specifically because of her she makes the experience great and we look forward to seeing her. The food is always hot and fresh; sometimes our order is incorrect but only because of the way the app is set up not at all due to the workers which should be looked into because it slows them down having to remake orders. Ms Tameka is always more than happy to fix the issue and is very apologetic even though it’s no fault of their own. Do whatever you have to do to keep her around!

Team members were rude including the manager. I simply asked a team member was my food ready & she rolled her eyes. She then stated out loud “ she can wait .” I approached the counter and advised that she didn’t have to roll her eyes I just wanted to know if my food was ready because she gave someone else their food that came in 20 minutes after me. The manager then began to say to me nobody is talking to you. She didn’t hear nothing nor saw anything but had something to say. She then got loud and aggressive.

I placed an huge order for a corporate event far in advance (talking about days) and it wasn’t ready on time and no one had any notion it was an order placed, totally bummer thanks to receipts. So unorganized, rude and didn’t get everything anticipated. Will never choose this location again.
