Everything about this place is AMAZING! The food is so delicious, it’s almost hard to believe that it’s all good for you! My boyfriend and I have been to the store twice now and have been even more impressed and satisfied after each time we visit. The owners are so kind and insightful about their business and what makes them unique as a shop. I love how all of their menu tastes so delicious, yet you can feel guilt-free and happy about your eating because everything is nutritious! I’ve had the Peanut Butter Pie Smoothie twice now and it is amazing. I can’t wait to try more!

Just be careful with what you order. I ordered a coconut macaroon shake with an extra scoop of whey 12 grams. At first tasted good but then my stomach started hurting like crazy and my head. I usually like to drink protein shakes but this one was different in a bad way. Really disappointed because I spent 16 dollars on it. I would just be careful with what you order.

I had moderate expectations. I got the brownie batter smoothie, and I fully expected it to taste somewhat like protein powder. It tastes just like a brownie batter milkshake and it doesn’t have the artificial protein powder taste that a lot of protein shakes have. It tastes great and the texture was perfect, nice and thick but you can still drink it through the straw. Definitely recommend.

When I need an energy boost I love getting the protein coffee with mocha either iced or if the staff is able to make it as a frappe. As a vegetarian this is a great healthy option for energy and added daily protein intake.
