This TB is not your typical restaurant. Tables and chairs were dirty. The restaurant didn’t apply the Happy Hour to drinks, and the food was served all sloppy (e.g., burritos were not wrapped properly, the black beans side cap was all dirty with food, nacho chips had an horry aftertaste like acid, and employees were all busy with a lady who sat down and got all their attention).

Blake, who handed me my food through the drive thru deserves 5 stars. Blake’s customer service is top tier, he actually brought a smile to my face. Simone, not so much. She was eating in the drive thru while taking my order. This made me believe I interrupted her dinner, which warranted her snarkiness. She’s the only reason for the two stars.

I want to leave a great review for a young employee named **TJ** at Taco Bell. Despite being young, he was extremely professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about the customers’ needs. He truly showed the meaning of the customer is always right.
If you’re ever looking for Taco Bell late at night around 10 PM, I’m not sure of his exact schedule, but if TJ is working, you’re in good hands. He’ll definitely take care of you.

Taco bell is great, I love it.. But really I came in and it was really noisy. And my table felt gross from whatever the used to clean it. If they cleaned it, it honestly felt like it was covered in a film of water that didn’t dry up or go away. Almost felt Slimey. Probably the soap or what ever..

I would never, never go here again. I placed my order at 12:17. It was almost 1 PM before I got it. Although the drive-through was busy, there were hardly any people inside the restaurant. Two parties came in after me, ordered their food, ate, and left before I got my “to go “order . They just kept saying they were short handed and sorry, all the wild waiting on car after car after car in the drive thru. horrible!!!!!

Don’t ever ask them too remake your food because they will argue, inslt you within earshot too thier coworkers and then purposely mess with your new order. It is an unprofessional, disrespectful location even by Taco Bell standards.

Sloooooowwwwwwwwwww… Staff are very, very, very slow. It’s really obvious they don’t care if one person is waiting or 20.
Maybe staffing issues, or management not scheduling enough also, but regardless, these employees are way too layed back.
