So, all the complaints that I’ve read through these reviews, I have experienced them at some time and completely understand. Normally, I do post reviews that are not so good, however when I have a great experience, I try my best to post a review and that’s what happened today. I placed my order online, and I figured I’d be waiting for a while, so I went ahead and started doing stuff around my place. I was shocked that the order showed ready at the time it promised about 15 minutes later! I went over to the location thinking that maybe it was mistake but no my order was ready to be picked up. I wish I would have gotten the young gentleman’s name but he came up to me and asked if everything was ok, in which I told him that I needed my Crazy Sauce. They normally don’t place that in the online order oven and he promptly gave it me. Asked me if I needed anything else and I said no but thank you. Got to my truck, checked the food and it looked amazing! Got home with my daughter and she was so happy that the food was so good and fresh. Today was a great day and experience here. Thank you for providing this for us!

PLEASE AVOID THIS LOCATION!!! The customer service has been the worst I have ever experienced in my life. The manager Saron Harris was so dismissive and walked away from me a couple of times while I was trying to figure out where my order that I placed on Thursday for Saturday pick up was. She was rude and said there was never no order placed, I tried to show her my bank statement and she walked away from me and told me to call my bank so they can refund me the $73 dollars Little Caesars Pizza took from me. I called on Friday trying to make sure my order was received because I never got a receipt to my email but everytime I called and ask to speak to a manager they hung up on me. I settled to speak with any one at this point and I was assured my order would be ready Saturday for pick up at 1:50pm and when I arrived instead of quick pick up and go, I got to deal with a disgruntled manager and had to figure out what I was going to feed kids waiting for me at a bday party. The people that work under her were also no help and when I asked the manager for her name she refused to give it, so I asked another employee and he said he could not give me that information because he did not want to be fired. I did not leave till finally 20min later she came back and gave me her name. I will be calling corporate and reporting her. The treatment that I received was unbelievable and I was truly baffled by their behavior. I honestly don’t know how I kept my composure, to avoid being aggravated take your money elsewhere.

I go to this location frequently and it’s hit or miss. The wait is very long but they get many orders and don’t have much staff. It’s fine though I just order on the app ahead of time and wait to leave until it tells me the food is ready. This last time the pizza was ready in about an hour but I did order on a Friday afternoon so I expected a long wait. My food was still hot when I picked it up. I was surprised the pizza was really good this time! Perfectly baked and the toppings were good. My family enjoyed it! Please keep up the quality because when they do the pizza is good for the price!

If there was any thing less to give this location I would. The service he is a waste of breath to even mention. Little Kids who don’t even know how to answer phones and use phone properly let alone speak to people in a professional manner.
Had an issue, and got a young lady who hung up on me three times. (Destiney)
She knew she did wrong, because when I did speak to her she wouldn’t even give me her name.
Sat on hold to speak to a manager for over 45 mins.
I will be filling a complaint with corporate and speaking with the franchise owner.

Place my order at 7:15 online for three pizzas, it said it will be ready at 7:40.
I show up at 7:50 at the drive-thru, wait 20 minutes at the drive-thru, they come to the window and timely. They’re just waiting on breadsticks. It’ll be 5 more minutes.
I literally wait 15 more minutes. I have to honk the horn to get somebody’s attention at the window, the girl can’t find my order online, the guy who told me it would be 5 minutes for the breadsticks finally came to the window and now he says he doesn’t know where my order is even though he said it was ready except for the breadsticks initially.
I said what about my pizza, he literally says. I’m sorry I don’t have an answer for you, I said but you told me you were just waiting on breadsticks, he repeats. I don’t have an answer for you.
I spent an hour and 20 minutes in that line total just for them to give me a refund and I had to drive somewhere else to get pizza.
I’m now sitting in line on a different night currently, I’ve been in this line for 30 minutes and not one person that’s came to the window for the vehicle in front of me.
Absolute worst management on the evening shift ever, I’m not sure who runs or operates this, but it’s unbelievable they’re still able to get away with this

The slogan for this location should be HOT BUT WAITING. 35 mins from the time I placed order in drive thru. At 2:30pm with 1 car in front of me. This is EVERY TIME!!!! Think let’s give them another try. And overtime i leave here so disappointed in service and wait time. DO BETTER MANAGEMENT!!!!!!!

Guys let me tell you we have gone to several places and the wait time maaayyybeee a LITTLE longer then other places BUUTTTTT let me tell you their pizza is made with love!! Super fluffy cheesy just made right like they love their job the staff there is friendly and kind and always smiling me and my family love it here!!! Other places lack ingredients and customer service

Little Caesars here in flour bluff wasn’t busy at all. But they still managed to screw up one order of pizza! All I wanted was to enjoy it & sleep for work tomorrow. But I couldn’t!! There was an white n red looking hair underneath my pizza
On top of that! Nobody answers my call. I’ve stood on the phone for almost an hour and still no answer. Please give me the corporate number!!!!

DRIVE AROUND THIS LOCATION!!! Only 4 cars ahead of us and it took 1 hour just to be next in line after other cars drove away. Then we were next in line for a WHOLE OTHER HOUR before I got upset and walked up to the window. Finally they decided to tell us they had some walk outs. I told her they should have told us that at the order window an hour ago and she tried to shut the window in my face…..We left home to san antonio without dinner

Constantly understaffed. God forbid you get in the drive through, be prepared to be given a half hearted “sorry for your wait” but the staff. Easily 20 minute plus wait even if picking up an order placed in advance.
Either management or the franchisee needs to be gone, worst Little Cesar’s I have ever visited.
