Friendly staff. Great service. Quick line. Decided to do a medium waffle cone with vanilla made with oreo which did not disappoint! The ice cream and the cone were both fresh. 10/10 would recommend! Lovely homemade ice cream for a more than reasonable price.

Absolutely delicious! The ice cream was rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced—not too sweet, with deep, authentic flavor in every bite. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients. The texture was smooth and velvety, melting beautifully without being icy or heavy.

Handel’s has my favorite ice cream in Portland. Over 40 flavors, lots of mix-ins, and you get much more for your money compared to Salt & Straw and Fifty Licks. I recommend the 4 scoop flight sampler. I’ve yet to try them all but my favorite so far is the chocolate peanut butter brownie and my wife’s is the strawberry cheesecake.

Definitely need to go back and try other flavours! The Orange Dream Cream was delicious, immediately knew it was the winner after sampling a few. Not a bad price when you know you’re paying for handmade, good ingredients, and they certainly didn’t skimp as advertised!
Edit: We’ve been back at least 6 times now, and they’ve been skimping, especially one guy. Aside from 3 employees, I noticed the customer service lacks since our first time going. Get ice cream, (now limited to 2 samples as well) and get out. Place could use some happiness.

We stopped by this ice cream shop on a warm afternoon and had a great experience overall. The ice cream itself was definitely the highlight, creamy, rich in flavor, and with a wide variety to choose from. My son was especially happy, really loved the oreo and cotton candy flavors and couldn’t stop smiling the entire time.
The shop was clean and well-kept, and everything felt fresh and inviting. If I had to nitpick, I’d say the staff could’ve been a bit friendlier. They weren’t rude by any means, just not very warm or engaging.
But will definitely come back and try their other flavors.

When we went in a little before 3pm last Sunday, it was empty, but it suddenly got busy after 3pm. There were only 2 chairs for indoor seating, so customers were eating outside. The gentleman with curly blond hair was friendly. I got the 4 scoop flight: vanilla, taro, pistachio, and butter pecan. Their ice cream was very creamy like gelato. 4 scoop flight was definitely good value for the price. The place seemed clean but there was a fly, which is why I didn’t give Handel’s 5 stars.

I don’t know what it is about this ice cream but it’s so good. I even crave it during the winter obviously it’s better to eat ice cream in the summer, but really there’s no time for ice cream when it’s this good. They have a huge variety of ice cream to choose from. If you look at their online menu keep in mind it won’t always align with what they have in store. I would say this place is definitely kid friendly. I always see families coming here if you’re looking for ice cream in the Beaverton Area I would say definitely check this place out. You will not regret it.

They offer a wide variety of flavors and cone options, and they don’t hold back on the scoops—each one is generously packed. The ice cream itself is incredibly soft and creamy.
There’s plenty of parking, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. Definitely worth a visit. Enjoy!

Most delicious ice cream! We got Monkey Business, Blueberry Cobbler, Red Skies At Night, and Salty Caramel Truffle; each flavor was extremely accurate and delicious. I definitely am going to come back to try more flavors, like the Strawberry Cheesecake, Honey Lavender, or the hot apple dumpling sundae.
