Good food, slow service. Our original server disappeared, so we asked for a.new one. They eventually took our food order. Soft drinks came quickly, but the Bloody Mary took forever because they only had two bartenders behind the bar on a Friday night. We had to ask for water three times. Folks sitting around us got the same level of service. The saving grace was the food, and the Latino hostess dressed in black. It was supposedly her first day at work, and she served our table more than the server assigned to us. We made sure to give her manager how she helped us a lot.

Great food, ice cold beer, and “twin peaks”. Chicken fried steak, pot roast, and charcuterie board are some of my favorites there. And when I say ice cold, I mean almost frozen. And yes, the hamburgers there are delicious.

Had a great experience at Twin Peaks. Met there for a business meeting and everything went perfectly. Vicktoria was awesome—super friendly, on point, and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was great and the service was even better. Definitely a solid spot for both business and a good meal. Will be back for sure.

I had an awesome experience at Twin Peaks, and a big part of that was our bartender, Lydia. From the moment we sat down she was welcoming, upbeat, and clearly knew how to run a bar the right way. She was quick with recommendations, made fantastic drinks, and kept everything moving smoothly even when the place was busy. What really stood out was her attitude super friendly, attentive without hovering, and genuinely made the whole experience more fun. It’s rare to find someone who can balance great service, great energy, and great drinks all at once, but Lydia nailed it. If you’re heading to Twin Peaks in West Palm Beach, do yourself a favor and sit at Lydia’s bar you’ll be taken care of.

⭐️ My Twin Peaks Experience — First Visit Review
Atmosphere:
The vibe was amazing — warm, energetic, and welcoming. The place looked great, and I noticed how clean everything was, especially the restrooms. I even saw a manager doing a check to make sure everything was stocked and smooth, which shows they care about the details.
Service:
My waitress, Bethany, was super friendly and genuinely sweet. She made me feel comfortable right away and even recommended the dessert I ended up loving. She also gave me a thoughtful card to share my experience — that personal touch really stood out.
Food:
I ordered the Billionaire’s Bacon Burger with fries — it looked and tasted delicious. I waited about 23–28 minutes, which felt reasonable for a fresh, hot burger. For dessert, I had the Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cheesecake, which came out in about 8 minutes and 38 seconds (yes, I remembered!). It was rich, creamy, and had that perfect crunch on top.
Final Thoughts:
This was my first time at Twin Peaks, and I left impressed. Great food, great service, and a clean, well-managed environment. Big thanks to Bethany for making the experience special! I never get chance to take photo of food that I ordered. But, I have a card that Bethany gave me.
