Update: After posting this review. I received a call from Sam’s. They reiterated their quality and service standards and apologized for my last two experiences . They also refunded us for our meal. This says a lot about the ownership. Thank you Sam’s for standing behind your product and services!
1 hr 15 mins quoted when order was placed. I called at 1 hr 30 mins and it hadn’t left yet. It finally arrived at almost 2 hours but everything was cold.
Two weeks ago….same thing but they said driver got into accident so we accepted that and tried them again. Not sure what’s going on but no more Sam’s for us!

Best pizza ive ever had! I found these guys about 3 months ago and we always order again! The Special pizza soooo good. the moz garlic roll is superb and the marinara is the best out of everything!

Your pizzas are always good, but yesterday (Saturday) I ordered a cheese and pepperoni pizza there was hardly any cheese it was horrible. My wife’s gluten free pie ok she said hers didn’t have enough cheese on it either. Love your pizzas please check your cheese portions out.

I have been coming to this restaurant for a long time and over the last couple of years, their service has steadily been declining. I placed an order for dinner for myself and my kids and upon arriving at the restaurant after the promised pick up time, the employee there claims that the order was never started. This is one of several times over the last couple of years that this has happened. Usually the restaurant is able to make it right at that time to retain my business. Well not this time. I requested a refund on Friday when the order was not completed because I was unable to wait for them to get started on it and have not received my refund even a week later. I have been back to the restaurant 2 times since to follow up and both times have been told to wait longer for it to process. On the second time, I was met by Peter who intially failed to acknowledge any fault with the lack of service and instructed me to contact my bank about the lack of refund claiming that there is nothing that else that can be done by the restaurant. This is the first time I have had a problem at this restaurant where they were not willing to make it right by atleast offering to replace the order. 2 pizzas, not a catering order or something significant. 2 SINGLE PIZZAS! I have spent thousands of dollars over the years at this restaurant for Peter to not see any value in replacing 2 pizzas that I have been charged for but never received. Absolutely ridiculous lack of service and I will never step foot back into this establishment since there is no appreciation for a loyal customer who was charged for something that I never received.

But I have to say we ordered a Pizza Calzone with pepperoni. It was very good and good filled inside also on the corner.

Stopped in for lunch, they offer a great lunch special and the pizza is absolutely authentic. Service was 10/10 as well as the food. Highly recommend!
