They charged us $18 for this and I added the photo on the menu site for reference. Notice the clean bottom of the styrofoam to let us know that it didn’t shift or slide, the employees saw this and served it like it was acceptable or appetizing in any way. .. Thats all I would like to say as I have nothing nice to say.

The food was prepared in a dirty, understaffed IHOP. The food was very poorly prepared. Burnt steak bits and nacho cheese sauce all over the outside of the bread. It was disgusting. I threw it out and went to a different cheesesteak joint and got good food there. Save yourself the trouble don’t go here.

After operating hotels, restaurants, nightclubs, and cafes for 35 years, I must say that this place is completely fraudulent. The food I received and ordered is beyond disappointing, reaching a new low. They actually scraped off burnt protein from a flat top and carelessly placed it on a charred roll with unmelted cheese. This establishment will soon undergo inspection by the health department, and for your own safety, I strongly advise against ordering from here.

It is literally IHOP… the steak? Hardly would call it that…1/8″ slivers of burnt beef…”their “cheese sauce” is extremely runny. Making things worse, they messed up my order, the “brownie bites” was nothing more than a packaged (not made there) brownie.
