I love Dunkin so this is only to the Charlotte Hall DD!… im not sure what the problem is with this facility, from the one time I used the bathroom and it smelled like fish to the nasty coffee,to the bad customer service. I will not be returning there is a pic included,I ordered a wrap in which we know its only so big…..no cheese,barely any egg a bunch of bacon like they’re trying to kill you….and let me not forget how hard and burnt it was that I couldn’t finish it! Coffee was thrown out!! Just a waste of time and money!!!!

I can genuinely and honestly say that after tonight’s experience I am fully done with this location. Online order was placed at 6:18 PM. Arrived at 6:30 PM to see that the order shows ready but it was never prepared. When I walked in, there were 2 employees in the store, whom when they saw me, proceeded to walk to the back of the store. Fast forward to 6:41 PM and one of the girls walk up. The only reason she did was because someone was in the drive thru placing an order. She proceeded to finish their order and then START my order. She asked if I placed the order and then instantly came in. I told her no, that we had gone to the gas station and returned. Not an “I’m sorry” or any form of acknowledgement for the wait. She actually seemed quite annoyed that I was even there at this point.

Wish i could give 0 stars. I work right next door therefore give this place plenty of business. Not anymore. Im done. Every time i go in its a hit or miss if ill be greeted. Sometimes i stand there 5-10 minutes before finally having to assert myself to get service. The food is mid. Today i ordered 2 food items and one drink. Got the food but no drink. Proceeded to stand there for several minutes before finally saying something as i needed to open the store soon, and they cant find it so they ask what it is and whats in it. I stand there for another 5 minutes watching them do everything but make my drink before finally walking out. Staff would rather be on their phones than help customers and it shows. Definitely not returning.

This was my first AND last visit here. I placed a mobile order then went to the drive-thru line for pickup. There was a 20min wait and this was the slowest drive-true experience I have ever had at a Dunkin. My food was of course cold when the person at the window handed it to me and when I pointed it out to her she asked in a frustrated tone if I wanted it reheated. I told her yes and after a mother few minute wait, I got my food which was surprisingly a larger portion that I typically receive and tasted fresh despite them reheating it. That was a plus in an otherwise very negative experience. One that I will not repeat again.

Consistently horrible service, consistently borderline food, always antagonizingly slow. Going on twenty minutes in drive thru and still 3 cars away from ordering. This is my last time coming to this Dunkin.

The service has a lot to be desired the last three times I have come to this location the girl working the counter will completely ignore anyone at the counter unless it’s her girl friend. The managers will even tell her to help the people at the counter but will refuse to until her friend comes up. Then she will only give you part of your order and you have to wait another ten minutes while she puts together her friends order

They wouldn’t fill the cup up it’s was less than half full and I pulled a hair out of it. They refused to remake it or give me one that was correct. I don’t know what happened to Dunkin’ but they have really gone down hill

I’m usually not a big fan of Dunkin recently but my husband wanted to go. We get there and there is a long line, the workers behind the counter apologize and tell us that there are only 3 workers today, that everyone else has called out. Even though they were over whelmed and understaffed they continued to stay very nice with everyone. They continued to apologize for our wait. They continued to work as a team and get things done. Our food and coffee came out really good as well. I can relate to this issues and very much appreciate the service of these employees. Great job guys!

never been to a fast food place that sticks a card reader out of a window on a stick and asks for a tip. and then proceeds to be a cranky individual when i do not tip for my coffee. absolutely ridiculous.

I’ve hesitated posting negative reviews but after repeatedly giving this location chance after chance to improve it’s evident that they don’t care. We place mobile orders all the time . Consistently they get the order wrong. You walk in and there are a bunch of kids standing around talking and laughing and takes a few minutes for them to even acknowledge that you are standing there waiting. It never fails! Today I went into their location and ordered an avocado toast. Anyone that orders this knows that their toasts are usually larger in size. What I got was laughable. Photo attached. Dunkin’ Donuts needs to do better if they want to stay in business. They would have done better placing a Starbucks in that location and staff it with retirees who just want to work to keep busy. Youth has been wasted on our young. Unreliable and unaccountable.
