Terrible service from the lady with short hair at the front two days in a row. And the food was just as awful. Old chicken, and old dirty rice. The rice was mushy and disgusting! Could not eat it. The only good thing was the biscuit. The lady treated me like she didn’t want to help me. Don’t worry, we won’t be back! Worst restaurant ever. Saw flour all over the floor

Came back to give this place one more try. I would be mad if I didnt already have low expectations. My husband and I went and got a chicken biscuit and chicken sandwich combos. Got to the window to pay, was not greeted, the cashier demanded payment, which was higher than the amount we were told at the order box. We were then told to pull up behind 3 more cars that were already waiting for food and were told they were waiting on bo rounds. Told the lady we did not order them and she said for us to pull up and slammed the door. So we pull up, wait about 20 minutes until finally our order was brought to us, the food was ice cold, the drinks were wrong. There was no reason other than laziness why our food was cold and it took so long to get. My first experience with this establishment was horrid. I am absolutely amazed that this place is still even open for business after reading review after review of how bad the food quality and service is. Whoever is the general or district manager of this one particular Bojangles needs to seriously get this place in order.

It was ok. I would say a typical BoJangles visit. Not super impressive, but not a bad experience either. Food was pretty good, not fresh as in just cooked, a little heat lamp time I would say. But overall pretty good.

It’s pretty good fast food, but this particular restaurant in Kershaw at one time had me so mad in the past I thought I’d never go back but staff changes and I went back. 1 thing I absolutely hate is talking to a machine now instead of a real person. I made my order and drove to the window to pay and get it and was told I’d have to wait a few minutes for some fresh tenders. She wasn’t gonna sell me old dried out chicken. And I REALLY appreciate that. Thank you!!! Yall better keep this lady in here she cares about her customers. Aug 2025

☆☆☆Update, this place is still garbage. The people and surroundings look like an A.i generated image its so nasty.
I only know this because they asked me to pull up and wait(like always)on my ham and cheese biscuit, I expected it to be about 10 mins tops… I sat there waiting for 25 mins and finally went inside to ask where my biscuit was..
The thing I spoke to told me that the grill was not heating things up like it should it be, so i asked for my money back. It went back and told the other thing to let it know what I said, thing two’s response was “perfect”
Worst customer service and everything else I’ve ever seen.

Agreed, shut this place down or fire everyone and start over!! They dont even try anymore.. my BEC biscuit was saturated in egg grease so much that I couldnt pick it up without crumbling. I took 1 bite and was disgusted..

If it weren’t so expensive, it’d be okay. The tenders are very crunchy, fries seasoned lightly, Pepsi was very soda water-ish. Not much flavor. Manager very nice. Cashier had no idea what meals were $5. Only two are, btw (both chicken parts, versus tenders or biscuits). A tender snack doesn’t include a drink so make sure if you want a drink to order a combo, which totals around $7.18. If food was excellent, would be worth expense. Just so-so.

Idk why this place gets so much hate…we’ve never had a bad experience going here. Amazing staff working the lobby and they’re always so kind to me and my family. I went in today with 5 kids and they were so sweet and took really good care of us. Our food is always hot and they even offered to help me get everything situated for my kids too…not many people who care enough these days but I can’t say enough good about the workers!!! Thank y’all for everything!
