This particular DQ had a help wanted sign posted. They may be short staffed, so might have contributed to the great delay. The French fries were very cold. I was in route, so those were the first thing I grabbed to eat. They were definitely sitting out for too long. I was disappointed in my milkshake which I ended up throwing out when reached my destination. It needed to be blended more. It had large chunks of strawberries in it. Which might be fine if you are dining in, but when driving and the chunks of strawberry block the straw preventing you from getting any milkshake at all or at least without taking the lid off. That wasnt happening while Im driving. If i wanted big chunks of strawberries, i would have ordered a blizzard. The person at the drive up was friendly.

Absolutely the worst service. 5 people on staff and only 1 person working. The rest want to argue with customers that they already handed food to them. We had to step up and defend a grandma and her grand kids that ordered in front of us. We waited 30 minutes for food and 50 for our blizzards. Will never patron this location ever again

Stopped to get food and the worker is not very friendly. She took her sweet time to come to the counter then when I tried to pay with a fifty dollar bill she just grumpy kinda yelled we don’t change. We also paid with gift card and when my wife asked her to throw them away she just tells her you can do that. It was all I could do not to be rude to her.

I’ve been a big fan of there orange cream shake here recently and I’ve gotten a lrg one every couple of days but the last couple have been more than a disappointed at $6.49 a shake it just hurts that much more. Two or three day ago I went through the drive-thru order two larges and when I got them I was on the phone when he handed them to me which I wasn’t really paying attention well these things were very very very heavy on the orange like it was so much it was stuck to the walls of the cup splotchy all over It it honestly was so much me and my friend I was getting the other one for couldn’t drink them and ended up throwing them out. And then today order two more largest go through the drive-thru pay get one of them handed to us and the next one unfortunately the kid ended up dropping it on the counter the lid busted off and a bunch of the shake came out. Well I wasn’t paying attention and I thought that they took it through it away and one made me a new one well no I was mistaken they literally clean the cup up poured fresh ice cream in it put whipped cream on the top and gave it to me well I was on the freeway by the time I realized that my orange shake didn’t taste like orange at all because over half of it was just regular ice cream I guess. Idk it just sucks I haven’t asked for my money back or complained to the store and I like giving stores good reviews but this last couple of visits have got me on the rocks here about everything unfortunately

Quite possibly the worst attitude I’ve ever encountered in a drive thru. I’m not usually one to judge a book by its cover, but perhaps hiring more palatable or pleasant people would prevent this. Location wasn’t busy and it’s clear why — lady with a trashy heart tattoo and dark hair seems to not know what “customer service” entails.
I get not wanting to work in fast food and that it’s probably not the best work environment — as someone who has worked in food service, if you’re unhappy, find a better job. Don’t take it out on the customers who are just trying to get a meal.
Also, the chicken tenders are laughable.

Two single cheeseburgers and small cheese curds is NOT worth 24$… this is outrageous! Then they gave us fries by accident and then just asked for them back? When the restaurant messed up like that usually they just give it to you since it’s going to be thrown away anyways… also had to wait an extra 5 minutes just to get my ranch I ordered… not coming here again

Went through drive through this evening. 9/3/25.The kid had no personality. Shoved the ice cream in my husband’s face while he was trying to put his wallet away. We had to pull over and wait over ten minutes for two cheese burgers. After getting them, there were no napkins in the bag. This store needs some serious training on customer service and etiquette .

My family and I have come here off and on over the last 5 years. We’re usually disappointed. We paid almost $5 each for a large “dipped” cone and got only about half of it dipped. When we asked what happened, the employee said, “sorry. The bin is a little low.” No offer of anything back, just basically our problem. I’m done, not going back

Went here to get a cherry dip cone and the guy taking my order sounded very high and a bit out of it, and told me they don’t have anymore vanilla ice cream in general, only chocolate ice cream for anything… how does an ice cream place not have vanilla ice cream?

First time going they were closed due to staff shortage.
2nd time we went they closed early saying they always close early on Sunday at around 8ish. It was Saturday!
3rd time we went was tonight. They were actually open. Bought two chicken strip fri/ring baskets. Got home and both were missing onion rings. All fries. And the chicken was old and overcooked. Bought a mini and a small oreo brookie blizzard. Look at the picture. Do they look the same?
Tried calling them and do you think they picked the phone up? Nope. Sounds like from the reviews in the last year, they need to either rehire new staff or close the dq down for good.
