I know I don’t wake up like a fashion model, and I didnt order ahead on the fence app, no I’m old school, I walked in after I got up. None the less, I asked for the code to use the bathroom, and I got the “look” as if I was even gonna be a paying customer! Then hmmmmed and hated, finally with hesitation, the women as manager gave it to me. This was extremely completely humiliating. I have no problem anywhere else, but this just topped my day with bullshit. Thanks for judging me starbucks, I will never come back to this store! You guys suck at your jobs.

If the store doesn’t want to honor its refill policy, please simply remove the promo stickers on your coffee tables, instead of going against your own statement and making patrons look bad when they make the ask.

It’s been like almost 2 years since I’ve started visiting this place. I’m almost a regular customer to this store and found this place very peaceful to have some fav coffee during early hours of the day . They know exactly what I want and they even helped me with some suggestions to the new products that I wanted to try. AVOID this one during lunch hours as students from nearby high school swamp this place. They cut in line and are disrespectful. The employees don’t call the name loud enough to hear if your order is ready.

This is my first-ever review. I ordered a Trenta-sized drink without ice and three scoops of dragon fruit, but I received my drink with ice. I understand that mistakes happen, so I informed the staff. However, they simply removed the ice, filtered out the fruit, and returned the drink to me like this—not even filling the cup completely. They added only a spoonful of dragon fruit after I asked again.
I am so frustrated that I decided to leave a review to draw the attention of Starbucks management.

Fast & good service, appreciate the staff to serve food & coffees etc very quickly in day time… But sometimes staff behaves so rude, I asked small & requested to upgrade to medium, staff throws the small cup very rudly over trash, really bad behaviour of staff over customers..
