Now, about the food: I originally wanted Pad Thai, but couldn’t find a single review for it, which surprised me. Instead, I went with the Traditional Fried Rice with pork and I’m glad I did. It was honestly the best fried rice I’ve ever had. The rice was perfectly cooked, not too firm or too soft. All the ingredients, pork, peas, carrots, onions, egg, and even tomato (which was new for me!) came together beautifully.
I also tried the Fried Pork Wontons, but those were a bit of a letdown. They weren’t bad, just not what I was expecting. Maybe they’d be better with a touch of cream cheese in the mix.
Overall, great food. I’ll definitely be back sometime to try their Pad Thai.
I had pad thai and tom kha gai. My husband had pepper garlic stir fry and fried spring rolls. Everything was great.
What a wonderful restaurant. Amazing service, friendly and attentive staff, gentle relaxing ambiance, and delicious food. Portions are generous and price is reasonable.
Service: Sometimes takes a minute for the server to get around to you but the wait is worth it. Great recommendations and drink service.
Ambiance: Feels traditional but modern. The music consists of soft covers of pop music which weirdly works well.
Food: Can’t say enough good things. Get anything that looks good, you can’t go wrong. Spring rolls are crisp and fall apart in your mouth. Steamed dumplings are just the right amount of chewy. Green tea is smooth, not bitter or over-steeped. Miso soup is delicious. Tuna hand roll is absolutely fantastic. Vegas and Dayton rolls are wonderful.
This restaurant is absolutely worth a trip for the Thai or Japanese cuisine lovers. Some of the best sushi in the area!
Their lunch special is a really good deal too
One of my favorite places to eat, ever! I started eating here in 2019 & I’ve tried half the menu at this point and have never been disappointed. If you’re looking for authentic and delicious Japanese food, this is the place to go!
Some of my personal favorites are the Okinawa soba, curry udon, miso ramen, una jyu, steak hibachi platter, and any of their sushi rolls.
All meals (usually) come with complimentary miso soup or ginger salad appetizer
