We had an enjoyable dining experience at Texas Roadhouse. The food was good overall, though we’ve had better steaks elsewhere. That said, the service truly stood out—our server was attentive, friendly, and made us feel welcome throughout our meal. The ambiance was also very pleasant, with a lively and comfortable atmosphere that added to the experience. We had a great time and will definitely be coming back!

We came in to celebrate my birthday. We were seated but didn’t have a server or receive any drinks for about 15 minutes after being seated. Once we finally got our server (Maya), we ordered our drinks and meals at the same time.
When our food arrived, the steak was not cooked the way we requested. The meat was undercooked and was not smothered as ordered. When we asked for the check, it included extra items that we did not receive or ask for. After asking the server to fix the issue multiple times, we had to get the manager (Justin) involved. He was very respectful and had no problem correcting the payment.
Unfortunately, the overall experience was terrible.

Had to wait about 10 mins for a table for 2 but we didn’t mind. Mike was our server and he was AMAZING!!! The food was great, as usual, and of course…the bread is our favs!

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Texas Roadhouse! It was my first visit, and it surpassed all my expectations — I can’t wait to return! The side rice bowl was a flavor explosion, and the fried chicken? Simply outstanding! I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!❤️

3/11/25 – I can’t remember the last time I came here but I went recently and enjoyed it. The place was pretty busy and surprised to see how big the place really is. The table provides a bag of peanuts and you also get rolls with cinnamon butter that are so delicious. I feel the pricing is much cheaper than other places for steak. I wasn’t too fond of my dish which was the country fried sirloin. I got the veggie and Caesar salad for my sides. Caesar salad was dressed really good. I wasn’t too impressed with the sirloin being fried and the veggies didn’t have much seasoning. The gravy was also okay. I did enjoy someone else’s dish, which was the t-bone steak and the sweet potato as a side. The t-bone was sauced with onions and had great flavor. My husband steak didn’t come out right twice and the third time they finally got it. They were nice to compt his meal due to the delayed. We also got the shrimp appetizer which was really good. Our server was super nice and great too. Again I feel you can’t beat the price and the food is pretty decent.

Ordered steak medium rare and they both came well done and the Mac and cheese had no cheese on it, I had to add my own at home. Very disappointed. Most likely won’t return to this location.

We went to celebrate my nieces 18th birthday. Party of 7 so we called the day before and were told to call the next day (day of arrival) 3 hours before coming. I called the following day (12/31 @ 2pm) to give them a heads up about our large party. We still had to wait. They said stand here now stand over there and now here. Finally we get seated and as soon as we get seated are told we had to move again and even was asked did we sit ourselves when we definitely DID NOT. A server/hostess admits they sat us there and then the manager apologizes and says to order a few appetizers on the house. We ordered 2 onion apps and were told they would be on the house. Still showed up on the receipt so we let our waitress know and she said she would correct it. I noticed today… I was still charged $8.49 for the app. Not good customer service. If you can visit another location I would. This was during the week and the place wasn’t even packed.

Me and my boyfriend used to get a bone in ribeye but they’ve been very inconsistent so we stopped getting it. The meat was thick by the bone but very thin by the other end and always over cooked. So one day we decided to pick our own steak. It was better till tonight, my boyfriend picked out a ribeye and the waitress brought out a bone in ribeye! She didn’t even bother to go look for the steak he picked out nor offered something different! I wanted to try the prime rib but they ran out by 6pm on Monday night. So I ended up getting a bone in ribeye and it was the same old, over cooked steak. I asked for med rare and they brought me med well. I think I’m done with their steak. The wait staff used to have us cut the steak in the middle to check the doneness and they even stopped doing that, like they already know that the steak was overcooked. And why did they decide to raise volume on the music so loud that we couldn’t even hear each other. My birthday dinner was ruined.

My husband and I love Texas Roadhouse, but since it’s a bit far from us, we only visit on special occasions. We came for New Year’s Eve dinner expecting a great experience, but unfortunately it was very disappointing.
The food was fine, but the service was not. Our server never introduced herself, seemed rushed, and was very inattentive. She would disappear and only checked ONCE on us when we were done and almost ready to leave. We had to ask other servers for refills and basic needs. We even asked for more bread MORE THAN ONCE and didn’t receive it until we were about to leave. Dirty plates piled up on our table, and we waited a long time for her to check on us.
What should have been a special dinner at one of our favorite places turned into a frustrating experience.
And it wasn’t even full. Everyone around us came after us and left before.
She was a woman with the braids on all her hair.
